DONALD JIM KELLEY SCAMMED ME FOR $1600. I PAID HIM TO DRAW MY BLUEPRINTS AND THEY HAD MISTAKES ALL IN THEM. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO FIX IT HE SAID HE WAS LEAVING THE PROJECT AND HE'S NOW UNHEARD OF! STAY AWAY!
