Order was exactly what I requested, and in very little shipping time.
I wanted to give Jiffy and try but became increasingly irritated with the lack of information and the inability to speak with someone. I will most likely continue my business with Up North of whom I can pick up the phone and quickly clarify any type of issue.
I made a mistake on the color of several shirts that I ordered for a family activity. Looking at the color we felt that we could not settle for a different color so I reached out to Jiffy for some help. Without hesitation customer service jumped in and helped us with Shipping labels for the return and free shipping on the new replacement order and no restock fee. I loved the hassle free response and help in getting the correct color. Well done Jiffy!
Lost the gang sheet for a time. It wouod be great to have instructions on where to find them rather than going to the "contact us" tab. Other than that it waas terrific!
