My last couple of orders have arrived later than expected when I paid for next day shipping for a reason. I have lost out on money from having to refund customers and purchasing custom DTF transfer that I can no longer use.
Had a bit of a problem with order#8, but customer service is Top Notch and made everything perfect! Product quality and customer service quality in 2025 is as good as and maybe better than I received in 2024!
I just couldn't figure out how to start a gang sheet!
I originally ordered dark grey shirts but the website failed me in matching the transfers to the shirt. The website allows you to test your image on the shirt and it showed up fine. After receiving the grey shirts and transfers...the grey was much darker and I couldn't use any of my transfers that had black because they didn't show. I ordered all new green shirts and wasn't able to return the grey so I have to eat that expense. Also, I haven't had issues with transfers to speak of but one of them will NOT transfer to the shirt. I attempted it 3 times and the suggested time and temperatures, then longer times and it still did not work. Kind of disappointed and unsure about my future purchases with Jiffy
We had an issue with some of our transfers. Jiffy went above and beyond to ensure that we had replacements for all shirts that were damaged trying to get the transfers to work, and store credit for the transfers that didn't work quite right. We will FOREVER be Jiffy customers both for our transfers and for our shirts!
I used Jiffy to make shirts for my school's book club, and they turned out beautifully! The design I uploaded is bright and clear, and the price couldn't be beaten. It was so good that I ended up just getting the shirts through Jiffy and having them press the design when I was originally going to just buy the design and do the rest myself. The kids were really excited when they received them, and they are looking forward to wearing them at our upcoming competition.
Got our business logo printed on some tees and hoodies and they turned out so good! It was super easy—just uploaded the logo, picked the styles and colors, and checked out. That's it. I'll definitely be ordering more soon… like, this week soon!
I placed an order on 3/22 to be received by 3/25. Order was not delivered on time due to wrong shipping address. Now I have to repurchase the items I already purchased to fulfill an order that is due on 3/28. There isn't a customer service number to contact anyone nor have I heard from the help desk from Jiffy's customer service.
I had an order shipped just before the Canada Post strike that got stuck in limbo. I spoke with a CS rep and they had the order re-done to be shipped out by Purolator. There was a disruption to that order, so Jiffy refunded my monies, but still worked to get that order out to me. When received, the order was great and they transfers have worked perfectly.
Working with Jiffy is great! Even when there have been small problems the customer service has always been very helpful. I enjoy having multiple Brands to choose from depending on my customers preferences. I really appreciate the free shipping when orders are a little larger but even when I do have to pay for shipping it comes in early if not right on time of its expected date.

First time using Jiffy to buy 16 blank shirts. They were dropshipped from Bella & Canvas. Placed order around lunchtime, they arrived the very next day at 1pm. Everything was exactly as ordered, price was amazing, and the super fast shipping was even more amazing. Will definitely buy from again!
I'm a complete amateur, usually shopping for t-shirts for small events or groups. Jiffy is such an easy site to shop with so many choices, and rarely run into out of stock issues shipping is quick and easy.
We were so excited to receive our branded shirts! Designing and ordering was such an easy process. After our 6 items arrived, I was so please with the application of the prints. Our logo looks fabulous on the hoodies and tees. I was a bit unhappy to see that the sizes run small. Especially on the hoodies. My husband is a standard XL in everything I purchase. However the Hanes hoodies run rather small and the sleeve lengths are rather short.
I ordered my stickers with little lead time and jiffy was able to make and send the stickers meeting my tight timeline! Stickers were high quality and exactly as designed! I will definitely order again!
My uploaded graphic kept reverting to a larger size than what I wanted when I would add another shirt size to the order. I kept fixing the size and when I submitted my order it should have been correct. The order took longer than the order I submitted the following day to be delivered. The front graphics are massively oversized and the medal badge in between the lettering is crooked. I cannot use these shirts and am very disappointed in my experience.

I had a difficult time speaking to a live agent, which was odd because I have always been able to get ahold of someone. I emailed customer service and let them know of the issue I was having with trying to submit my order and they more than made everything fair and worked out my problem. Jiffy has always taken care of me and has always been able to give me advice when I have had a hard time picking out the right shirt or if I had problems uploading a design. Their customer service has been very helpful and the quality of their shirts and DTF's are excellent. I hope that this continues because I want to keep using their service. Thanks for being great!
I am mostly happy with my experience. My only complaints are the dtf prints are not always consistent. Twice I've gotten orders that were unusable. Thw prints were oily and splotchy. Customer service however was fantastic and made the issue right.

I coach a collegiate team and used Jiffy's to order their line jackets (light windbreaker), dance bags, and collared shirts. The order always comes quickly and Ai am very pleased with ordering from them. I return to order twice a year.
This was my first experience ordering from Jiffy. I was super pleased with the quality of the shirts and the design. I received my items within the timeframe suggested, and I would definitely recommend them to any other individual or business.
I have personally used Jiffy so far to make stickers and custom crewnecks and have loved everything I have gotten so far! The quality is really great, the prices are great/affordable, and the designs come out exactly how they are shown on the website.
Quality of the items I order on jiffy is great. What i don't like is that the minimum order to recieve free shipping is high, and it doesn't include dtf prints as well. You have to spend a significant amount in both areas to get shipping free. In order to recieve noticeable bulk pricing, you have to order 99+ shirts. I'm considering finding another place to order from.
