I placed and order on Saturday stated it would be here on Tuesday and now it pushed until tomorrow! I needed these items today! If this was the first time this happened I would understand but this happens quite often. Not reliable of shipping expectations, everything else is great.
My shopping experience is always great! Its the actual delivery that I have an issue with sometimes. It will say delivery scheduled for a certain day and then not come for 2 days after that. This is a huge deal on some orders when you are expecting something or order something for a specific event and then not get it in time.

One of the dtf transfers that was on the gang sheet I ordered was defective. When I pressed it at the correct temp and time it did not transfer all of the design therefore ruining the hat. I tried all the recommended hacks to fix it and did not succeed.

My prints came out great looking. I only wish the print size for toddler and infants shirts were larger. Other than that, eveything else was good. Prints also came quickly.
