I love Jiffy shirts don't get me wrong and love their speed of service, but this whole different fulfillment group thing is very frustrating, especially when the product/color you initially go to purchase is out of stock so you have to find something comparable, 9 times out of 10 it's in a different fulfillment group and ends up costing much more money in the long run.

I've been buying shirts from Jiffy for about a year and I can honestly say that they are great quality shirts and their customer service is excellent. On a previous purchase one of the shirts was not sewn completely and I contacted them for a return. Instead the money was refunded and I was told to keep the item. I will definitely continue buying from Jiffy!
