I've been working with Jiffy for a couple of months now and have made more than a few orders. The products are on par with competitors and are comparable. Turn around is average, quality is good.
But I did have one problem common to the DTF world. When the roll is changed or when a jam happens or other mishap during printing, the first few prints can have issues with the second part of the process. This happened to me on about 10 feet of a 30 foot Gang Sheet I ordered. But when I brought it to the attention of the team they not only reprinted my entire sheet, they made it right by not charging for it, I did not ask or expect this and had already placed another order when they did this. I cannot speak highly enough about the people in the service department and customer service when it comes to responding to the concerns and issues of their customers. I will be a long time customer, In fact, I'm placing an order today.
