It was very easy to order and shipping was fairly quick the shirt were exactly like the design

I have now place 3 orders over the past 3 months. It is very fast delivery, quality is great! I am so glad I found Jiffy!

Terrible service. I ordered over 100 t-shirts for our marching band. When I placed the order, it stated "earliest delivery date was in two days". It took TEN DAYS for them to even create the shipping label. That was after me trying to contact them on the order. They ended up canceling and resending the order. Then it was stuck in the delivery warehouse. The order finally arrived 15 days after placing the order. Then four of the shirts were missing the back image. I tried to contact them again (you never can speak with a human—it is only through an online chat or email). I tried to tell them to rush the 4 shirts to me. That took another 8 days to arrive. Extremely unhappy with the overall customer service. This is the second time this happened. I thought the first time was a fluke. I barely received my first order before a concert. Either order with 3 weeks before needing the shirts or choose another company. Jiffy is anything BUT jiffy.

Do not respond to customer contact forms stickers turned out wrong because of it

Jiffy does my dtf prints i need printed of my designs i create. Easy to upload and they offer good quality tshirts. Jiffy is my main go to wholesale i use for my tshirt business and my dtf orders.

Jiffy has a great selection of blank apparel at competitive prices. The ProColor transfers are vivid and high-quality. Delivery is always quick.

I ordered a shirt for a gift somewhere else. Only had a choice of 2 colors white & gray. Was told white colors would not show up on the white shirt. Ordered on 5/30, told it would arrive June 13 needed it for a party on June 23. Thank goodness I wasn't patient and found the Jiffy website and ordered a blue shirt with a picture on it, I ordered the shirt from Jiffy about the 16th of June and received the shirt 5 days later. Jiffy was a lifesaver. I couldn't be happier. The shirt was beautiful. Cancelled the other shirt which arrived for pickup on the 20th. I'll use Jiffy from now on, thanks Jiffy.

Jiffy has the best customer service around. However, I wish I didn't need customer service. The products are usually great and on time. This was incident was just not the case. My issue was resolved and I will continue to use them.

I've been a loyal customer of Jiffy Shirts for a while and have had great experiences in the past, which makes this recent situation especially disappointing. I placed two separate orders, one was significantly delayed and only shipped after I no longer needed it, despite repeated follow-ups. The other had 7 items with unusable designs, which Jiffy initially agreed to replace.
Unfortunately, instead of the replacements, I received someone else's order entirely, a 50th birthday design instead of my company logo. I've sent multiple messages and photos (two or three times) to show the mistake, and followed up repeatedly for over a week. As of now, I still haven't received a response or resolution.
This delay has cost me a major opportunity, as the shirts were needed for a show that happened over a week ago. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and accountability. I really hope Jiffy returns to the high level of service they used to provide.

My order was fast and easy to create. The color and quality was perfect. I Love everything about this product and will definitely continue to order more.
