Overall my experience was very positive. The shirts I wanted were in stock and shipped fast. They are excellent quality and I'm very happy with them. The only issue was the shopping cart software, which could use some work to make it a bit more user friendly.
The shopping cart software could use some work. Like why doesn't the checkout process populate the name and address fields for the account? Or at least give me an error telling me I have to do that to the account before I can start checking out? So I'm not just sitting there looking at a grayed out checkout button wondering why I can't check out!

I was really pleased with how nicely the transfers went on the shirts. The only negative is that the sizing is a little small. I would size up.

Jiffy is always quick to ship, almost always same day, if not it's the next business day and their shippers always get the package here on time. Usually next day, but always within 3 days. Prices seem higher on the site compared to others, however once you add shipping to other vendors, jiffy usually comes out the same, if not cheaper per item!

I have ordered from jiffy multiple times and the products are always correct and in perfect condition. With this last order I accidently sent my items to the wrong address on a Saturday. The team responded promptly and fixed the issue. These shirts are for my sister's graduation so getting them on time was very important. The team responded to all my questions and I have the shirts to prepare for graduation. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They even told my sister congratulations.
