Our tax exempt issue was resolved and I would order from Jiffy again. Shirt was not great quality and we had to return. Process for that was very easy and the return policy is great. Will consider ordering different shirts for our project if they're available. 🙂

The form and its questions don't apply to us. Hoping that we can still get this resolved before I place our actual order...
