This is not the first time I have ordered from Jiffy! I have received many shirts and sweatshirts from them over the years and each transaction has gone smoothly and efficiently. Love their website and the quick shipping! Never had any problems whatsoever!

Jiffy has a great selection of products at very competitive prices. I appreciate the low free shipping threshold for most products. The customer service is outstanding - orders are shipped quickly and accurately. I've only had an issue once and it was taken care of immediately.

I have ordered from Jiffy several times and the shipping has always been within 1-2 business days which I appreciate. I contacted them recently on an order that was on day 5 and they told me that it was lost and would have to refund or resend. I opted to resend because I needed the shirts. They couldn't guarantee next day shipping but I was pleasantly surprised when the new order showed up the next day, on time for the gift I needed. I also love the DTF transfers that they do. Great customer service, products and shipping!

They are always good to fix a mess up. They make things right and very fast.

I run a small business and I've had 13 orders with Jiffy and about 90% of all my orders have some kind of issue. First it was sizing issues, and that got correct. But the worst is wrong colors, inconsistency of colors and moisture in the paper and in the image when I press it on a shirt. EVERYTIME I make a new order or I need to re-up on images the color is ALWAYS different. Sometimes I even have print lines in my images. I even started getting images that had a different color in the same order. I've even had a order where it as faded patches in a image. They say all there machines are on different settings etc. Then the moisture problem, since day one. The DTF sheet is FILLED with moisture bubbles after cold peal and transfers on to the shirt. The only GOOD part of this whole ordeal was Shondi. Her customer service skills are top notch. She has given me refunds, reprints, explained issues on their end. If Jiffy loses her they're done. But it just feels like I'm a guinea pig and they're just testing on me. They say they're NEW to DTF and making changes. But in the meantime test on me. I've spend about 2k with them and I'll be totally honest I might been able to use 1/4 of my orders. My reputation with my customers is tarnished because of all the delays. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE to do DTF. Jiffy is the absolute worst. You don't want the same problems I had... EVERYTHING I'm saying is 100% accurate and welcome if they want to call me out on any of it.
UPDATE 5/8/24: They refunded me in full for my last entire order. This doesn't change how I feel about the company, but they're at least doing everything they can do make things right. Again 10X Shondi YOU'RE AMAZING!

Website was easy to navigate and order. Delivery was quick and shirts are of a good quality. Haven't washed them yet, so I cannot comment on that part. I used Siser Easy Iron on and it stuck nicely to these shirts. Will definitely order again from Jiffy Shirts.
