I buy all my blank shirts from Jiffy. The quality of the shirts is excellent and the speed of delivery is so fast, sometimes the next day. I don't know how they do it. I highly recommend Jiffy Shrts.

I ordered my transfers for a customer order as I have so many other times. They arrived on time and were a bit darker than I had planned. I decided to use the prints that were a bit too dark instead of reordering but they turned out great! I had to order more prints with the same design but smaller sizes for hats and koozies to finish my customer's order. I received the new prints and they were lighter than planned. I contacted customer service about the issues with my prints. The customer service tech that I spoke with gave me store credit to reorder the designs. He also let me know that there are different printers at Jiffy and this is why the inconsistencies with the two different orders. He was able to assign all of my future orders from that same printer. That printer will be used for future orders only if it is available but the preference is in my profile. I wanted to give a shout out to the technician that helped me out the other day and the whole customer service team! You rock!

I ordered 28 different monster trucks for a quilt for my son. The process of uploading my images, resizing and purchasing was very straightforward. The iron-on themselves look fabulous and my 3 year old is obsessed! It arrived incredibly quickly as well. I will absolutely be ordering in the future!
The t-shirts I received were great quality. The designs were really good too, except a slight error with a few of them. However that's when the great customer service comes in, I emailed them and it was replaced right away with no issues. Will definitely be doing more business with this company in the future!

I am brand new to sublimation so I'm on a huge learning curve. I had a design that was too large for my printer and I lacked the confidence to break into parts. I found your web site easy to navigate and loved that I could tell your staff what I was trying to do in a dialogue box. My first two prints came back perfect in size and the colors were so vibrant. I knew back in August that I'd have a large order coming up, and using my cheaper Amazon heat press for front-and-back shirt designs would have taken twice as long. I tested smaller orders first to make sure it would be worth it, and I'm so glad I did! I had a few bumps along the way, but Jiffy's customer service was excellent—they quickly fixed the problems and sent replacements right away. This order was 100 shirts, front and back, and they all pressed beautifully.
