Ordered polo shirts for the first time. Three ladies' polos were great, but the men's polo was not of great quality. But, when I sent feedback, I received a refund. That was great customer service.

The shirts I ordered fit true to size and were super comfortable... soft without feeling flimsy. I used them for DTF transfers and they came out beautifully! I'm trying to start a t shirt business and jiffy was one of the places recommended. If you dont have a wholesale license to order in bulk then jiffy is the right spot. Going through jiffy products was easy and simple. They give a cozy chart on how the shirts would feel. I like that feature based off what I ordered. Others feature I like is that they tell which shirt have colors and the sizes. If a shirt has 36 or 80 colors for it then its right there. If the the shirt goes from extra small to 5XL its right there. I did my research on which website to order from and other website isn't this simple or straight to the point. I dont know if the shipping would be different depending how much you order. But the shipping is guaranteed though. I ordered some stuff and it came in two days. The pricing for the shirts are awesome to me. Depending on which shirt or shirts you want sometimes there will be a sale on them. That just a bonus, what I like the most is not only the discounted sale is good but the payment plan makes it affordable. I love the fact that you can do a payment plan and you don't have to pay the amount in full. This gives me and anybody else starting a t-shirt business to make some sales and also buy other things if needed. The only issues I have, is with the mobile app. Every time I went to checkout, the information page would reset itself. Fix mobile app bugs. Besides that, I enjoyed shopping on jiffy website. I will be sticking with jiffy through out my journey of my business adventure. Thanks!

Jiffy has the best variety of options for blank shirt orders, their shipping time is incredibly fast and the prices can't be beat. I've ordered from them for years and will continue to do so in the future. On my recent orders I used their DTF transfers for the first time and was amazed at the ease of their online tool, shipping speed, and quality on the shirt once they were ironed on!

The whole process from ordering to delivery was simple and straight forward.

Contacted Jiffy for replacement, but after day 2 no person has replied back. I have an event in about a week that needs the graphics applied & delivered, and this may be jeopardized. Jiffy has been super in the past with issues, but with Labor Day holiday delay, I'm concerned.

I have been using Jiffy shirts for about 4 years now, and I have the one time I had an issue (once in probably 50 orders), they were SO FAST to fix the issues. It was like it wasn't even a issue. They're all still human, which makes me love this company even more. 1000/10 would recommend.
