I was having trouble making my own gang sheets before. This time, I was able to build my gang sheet right on the site with easy ability to duplicate my images as well as being notified the quality of my uploaded images
I ordered a huge gang sheet order on Monday, Sept 8th. It was to include 4 gang sheets of DTF and 1 sticker sheet. On Tuesday, Sept 9th, I received ONE of the gang sheets and the sticker sheet. My order was missing 3 gang sheets, each costing me $123.00 I notified them Wednesday morning and they assured me that it would be researched. They told me later that day, that the printing department had infact left them out of my box. (which I already knew) and that they would give them priority to get them to me. I am writing this review on Friday afternoon, Sept 12th and they STILL have NOT SHIPPED THEM! I needed them for several shirt orders that I was supposed to deliver to MY customers this weekend. I can understand them being left out on Monday... mistakes happen. But I do NOT understand the lack of intent to replace my items, especially when I contacted them Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of customer service on this order! You have cost me money and customers, for not fulfilling my orders as promised.

I received my order a day before it was even supposed arrive.
Quality is good when it is correct. The background switch will change on its own but even when checking and correcting even just before purchasing we still get incorrect items. Shipping is good when it is good and bad when it is bad. It is about fifty percent accurate. Correspondence is good when it occurs... obviously bad when no response is given for mistakes.
They offer a wide variety of shirts and they have fast shipping!
They replace lost shipments without fuss, the customer care communicates great.
I do like the previous way to order shirts already pressed. It's a little hard to navigate the new way

The design and purchase process was easy. I wish when ordering different types of shirts that we could get the styles at the lowest price when we have met the threshold of amount of orders. This way some could order a sweatshirt and others could order a t-shirt. The shirts arrived super quick and the quality was amazing. They washed up well and the colors were vibrant.
Jiffy is always fast and reliable. Unfortunately my last order was missing a piece but they were able to send a replacement right away and I received it the next day after filing my claim.
