I bought an e-gift card for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. Bought it on 6/29 and the money came out of my bank on 6/30. Her birthday was 7/3, and no gift card came. It's now 7/8, and I am still trying to get them to send it, and cannot get them on the phone. The phone rings, then you press 1, then the music comes on, and they tell you there's nobody available to answer the call and ask you to leave your name and phone number and email. I have called many times over several days and have yet to have reached them when I called. Too much hassle for me. I will not be doing any further business with this company!

I ordered 3 ring bomds on 12/13/17. They came in after Christmas and 2 did not contain a ring. I asked for a refund, their response is to send me 2 more crapy replacement rings without bombs. The 1 ring that I did receive for my Daughter in law is already tarnished and turning her finger green. It has taken 2 weeks of e-mailing pictures and such to get this disappointing response from them. I might as well have thrown $50. Down the drain. Don't wast your money.

Got the candle and was excited to get the ring that was supposed to be in it. Was not one in there. Emailed them and gave me a run around. Never replaced it

I bought two wax tarts and received one free ring. The rings are beautiful. All three were beautiful. The gift of a wax tart I gave to my daughter smelled amazing! Truly wonderful but the ring turned her finger green in just two days. I was so heartbroken. And very embarrassed really. This company was highly rated. I don't know why. Makes me sad. Never again

I signed up to be a jewell scent consultant over a month ago. I tried to contact my sponsor thru fb and sent her an email ( Lee Hardy) she has not gotten back to me in over a month... I called the company 5 days ago ( no one answers the phone, I tried several times to call) left a message for them to call me... no call back... one of the candles did smell lovely... but the rest was junk... and thier rings... cheap and ugly... not happy at all! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The CEO asked consultants to leave reviews to counter the negative reviews. I have no doubt that the many negative reviews here are true. This company should be avoided.

Buy this only if you're ok with jewelry under $100 because you will never get token

As an added bonus for calling to cancel a subscription for a 50 dollar candle each month. They ask you for your credit card number for verification purposes. Then they charge the credit card for a identity security subscription. You have the option to say no, but it does not matter as they charge you anyway. 4.99 now and a further 21.95 a month on top of the 50 a month for the candle. They give you a verification code. They don't explain how to get the refund. They tell you your new identity theft packet is on its way, tell you to hold... 5 mins later hang up on you. All with a delightful heavy Pakistani accent that you have trouble understanding. The rings are cheap crap! But hey... the candles do smell nice! Same smell is $10 at kohl's. Joke was on them though. I used a card that was pre cancelled. So no charge for their Id program. My wife bought the candles with paypal. Which I canceled in paypal. Enjoy!

Placed an order through the website a week ago and have heard nothing about my shipment since it was paid for. The website which claims to ship within 2-3 business days offers an email for support but nobody responds to that either. When i emailed them i got an auto response saying my email was received and heard nothing back. This was meant to be a Valentine's day gift and considering they have not even filled the order a week later there is of course no way i will get it. Even if the ring is worth anything i would not recommend or order from them again

I was once a consultant for this company, but after I too had been misled about how they run their business and the numerous complaints received from countless customers, I told the company that I could no longer promote a product that I could not stand by while watching them rip off their customers. To make matters even more complicated, my account was also suspended. I am however seeking other consulting opportunities that give better incentives to their consultants and deliver outstanding customer service.

I bought these candles w/ the rings in them for my daughter's for Christmas. The rings are dime store rings. The girls cannot even wear them because they turn their fingers green! Waste of money. The candle was good though, just not worth the money!

I ordered on 12/15 and their website promised I would get by Christmas Day. I started checking around 12/20 and noticed it hadn't even shipped yet so I called. They have HORRIBLE customer service as you more than likely will have to leave a message for them to call you back. I even emailed them on 12/19 and they just emailed me back today 12/29. Still have not received my candles and they wanna tell me they are sorry, but they were backed up due to Christmas. Well I'm sorry but you shouldn't promise customers something by a certain date and not follow through. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Be warned!

This company is not honest with ring appraisals. They will claim costume jewelry is worth $80 or more when it isn't even worth $5. The issue has been brought up with them and they only had excuses. They think appraisals can be based on how much a retail store would sale the jewelry for. However, if you took the jewelry to an appraiser they will tell you how junky the jewelry really is.

This is the first time using this brand. Burned the candle (which was strongly scented and smelled absolutely great) but when I was able to retrieve the ring, though wrapped, the ring itself is completely covered in melted wax. The stone is a cloudy mess! Definitely moving back to the Fragrant Jewels company!

So they claim all their stuff has jewelry in it. -false the free ring they sent me is the complete wrong size - wouldn't fit even my pinky ring. When I emailed them about this the email I essential got back was "oh well sorry about your luck but if you don't like it you can send it back if you haven't used it. You won't get all your money back though."

The stone fell out of my ring the first time I wore it. The company responded by saying they don't guarantee their rings. With shipping and tax I paid 20 bucks for a bar of smelly soap.

I ordered from the wrong consultant as the company likes to auto assign a consultant you buy from as the only one you will shop from. I then proceeded to ask to return the item. I was told i would not be refunded shipping okay. So i pay $10.58 to do 2 day priority shipping that i know arrived on tuesday. Here we are thursday and they say oh we haven't received your return if it had been noted i wouldn't have the return processed for another week i would have mailed it sooner. It was never told to me they only pick up their mail twice a week.

Very bad company, they didn't pack the candles correctly. It's like if they throw every thing in the box and that's it. Don't want to reimburse those 2. Jewelry are costume and not sterling. Quality is ugly and what about the smell of the candles... yarkkkk. Go away. Try: Royal Canadian Candles, Charmed Aroma or Jeweled Secrets. My opinion. Thank you

Horrible experience with this company. My fiance had ordered me the rose scented candle as a Valentine's gift and the order also came with an additional ring. Rings were supposed to be size 7. I received Bamboo Rain scent beads and rings that were sizes 9 and 10. My fiance has tried to fix the mistake that they made, but they won't do anything for us. My fiance spent almost $40 just for me to receive the wrong item. They won't fix their mistake and they won't refund him the money that was way over the cost of the item I actually received. After shipping and taxes the item I received should've only been around $28, so he is owed $12 that they are refusing to refund him. They won't even allow us to return the product for a refund because I "broke the seal" the only seal was the box the item was shipped in. The lid was barely even on the jar for the beads. I can day I am thoroughly disappointed in this company and will definitely be telling anyone I know NOT to waste their money on this scam.

I needed 5 gifts by 7/28 and i ordered 6 candles on 7/18 because their site said the delivery would be by 7/27 they ask for 3 business days for shipping I emailed the company 3 different times and told them i needed them by that date and they couldnt give me a straight answer. 5 business days later i get a shipping email that the packages was sent ups ground and will not be delivered until the 31st three days too late. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY FOR THE SIMPLE FACT I CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR THE FASTER SHIPPING IF THEY OFFERED. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I spent $44 plus tax and shipping on the Lux collection. The candles are supposed to be high quality and the jewelry is supposed to be sterling silver. You could barely smell the scent of the candle and the jewelry is not sterling its plated junk

My Boyfriend got me 2 lavender candles for my birthday. Really didn't smell like anything and they gave me the wrong ring size. :(

I have placed a few orders with this company over the past year. The candles barely smell when lit, so I stopped ordering those. Wax tarts smell amazing but give off a scent for two warm-ups then they just smell like wax. Decided to give the bath bombs a go as well as the soap and scrubs. Soap is awful; scrubs are mediocre the bath bombs I love! The only problem I have with the company is their customer service is dreadful! I placed an order on July 13,2017, by July 18,2017, it was still "pending fulfillment." I finally received a response to my email
"We do apologize for any delay you have experienced! Effectively on June 30, JICNation/Jewelry-In-Candles closed their doors, and as part of an agreement, JIC Nation moved their customers and reps into Gemstra to allow the opportunity for the JIC reps to continue with their business." Sure would have been nice to have been informed that the company closed it's doors before I placed my order! I requested that "they cancel my order and refund 100% of my money." Only to misled on their website stating "order fulfilled" on July 18th, 2017. NO tracking # nothing. I then contacted them once again requesting they cancel my order and refund my money in full. The reply I got was "your order was fulfilled, if you want to deny the order and send it back we will gladly refund your money - the shipping cost!" So order placed July 13th, 2017 order arrived July 23,2017! I did not trust this company to refund a dime of my money, so I kept the order I paid for. The way I was treated, the mistruths told to me a PAYING customer; I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! As for the rings... what a joke! I melted my was tart and received a beautiful ring, it had four stunning empty prongs standing like champs where the fake gem SHOULD HAVE BEEN! Three out of the 8 bath bombs so far have all had the EXACT SAME RING INSIDE! This company will never get another dime from me! I will gladly stick to Fragrant Jewels!
