The yellow sapphire amounting ******* /-which I have ordered in that the discription it was clearly shown that the stone belongs to srilanka ceylone mines.
After advance payment done, I received a stone which is totally different and fake. Just looking like yellow sapphire. To clear my doubt I visited so many reputed city shops for verification. Many shops owners was saying that it is a duplicate substitute of ceylone pukhraj. It is not a real pukhraj.
When I go to the testing lab they clearly said on first look, that it was a bankok made only 100-200 rupees stone.
All market reputed jeweller said that you are cheated by this online site this is a totally artificial Bangkok made stone not an original one.
When I try to return this stone to the site owner they refused to take back. They also not provide any stone mines report. They said " sab market Wale ko nahi malum hai ki original hai ye stone" I also request that pls refund my payment immediately but he referred to his terms and conditions which mentioned on site that refund on terms of fake stone certificate give by government lab testing report only.
I request to all people who's search for any precious stone don't buy from this online site. I think that all the reviews are paided by this site owner for attracting people...!
I also plan to take legal action against this site if not refunded my money back and also written complaint to google webpage to restricts this site "jwellery shop India".
I ordered one Blue Moonstone from this place with a silver ring on 8th January, they took my money in advance but did not respond to me properly. So far I haven't received my product. My money and product with them.

I was ordering a gemstone and spoke to one guy Manoj. He made me feel that everything this company does is a scam. He said there is a charge in shipping where the site says Shipping is free. Also for a 600 rupees pendant, he said he will be charging 2000 for shipping. The site says it ships within 2 days but it never shipped even after 7 days while I asked the guy who claims the Marketing Manager started talking some nonsense which has no meaning. He said the gemstone is certified but they never send certified copies. Is this only my experience or does anyone have a similar experience?
