Booked a flight wrongly, wanted to land on Tokyo on the 18th March 2025 so I chose the date 18th March. Only upon payment, then the pop up shows you are flying on 18th March and landing on 19th March. Upon realising the mistake, I tried to call them but they don't have an active hotline. I called Scoot up and they said the booking hasn't been confirmed yet. So i tried to reach out to Jettzy by email but in vain. The booking continued to be processed after 90mins. The next day, a guy called Peter Dong from Jettzy replied saying they can help change to an indirect flight and the flight that I intended is full. I was flabbergusted, why would they suggest an indirect flight? Also they lied about the flight being full after I confirmed with Scoot again. After the Peter Dong episode, another staff name Andrea took over, she did not solve the problem and again lied about the flight being full. This booking saga is making this trip a truly memorable one. So my experience is don't ever try your luck booking your overseas trips with Jettzy, they are a group of scammers and liars.

I made a booking via Jettzy.
Jettzy sent me a confirmation e-mail of my booking.
However, at the point of full payment, ticket was only "issuing".

I wrote in to their support, and they then sent me a supposed confirmation of the flight. However, when I checked with the airline, there was no booking reference, neither was there any trace of my name or passport details with the airlines.
I booked another flight on another platform because my departure date was 17 November, and tickets were already sold out on the main airline website.

I wrote in to request a refund because they had failed to provide confirmation and certainty of my booking on 2 previous occasions.
However, they refused a refund.
It was only after I wrote in to ask for a refund that they finally got my booking.
NEVER go with Jettzy. Just choose more highly rated platforms like Trip.com - which btw, confirmed everything shortly after payment.
This was my first experience with Jettzy.com.sg. I booked a flight for my spouse and me costing around $500. Later, due to personal reasons, I needed to change the flight dates. After lengthy email discussions, Jettzy quoted a total fee of SGD 1,100 for the change request, even though I could book a new flight for around SGD 400. It was a really ridiculous experience. I strongly advise against booking with Jettzy.
