One of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Over the past 2 years I have travelled to IBIZA twice by Jet2 and both times the check-in wouldn't work for the night before. An error message saying check in at the airport. When you get to the Jet2 check-in in IBIZA the staff pretend they don't speak English and ignore you, they are rude and arrogant. What's a point of having a non-speaking staff for a UK flight. Then they closed the gates and you are stranded. Disgusting. On Sunday 13/8/23 this happened and myself and another 8 passengers some with kids were stranded and unable to get any flights until the next day. I have had to pay for an extra night hotel/another flight as well as taxi back and forth to the airport all because of ignorant staff at Jet2 check-in. I am sure this is a scam to get you to spend more money with them. I contacted Jet2 last time by letter after letter but they just ignore you. Its disgraceful the way they get away with it. GET YOUR ACT together Jet2 or with a bit of luck you will be next going bust! 1 star rating is even too much.
