Not sure what is happening with this guy but I had placed a few orders with him over the span of a couple of years and never once had a problem and if there was, they would fix it. The order process was always a pain, but it was still bearable. I placed an order in May and cannot receive an answer from "John" or anybody. I realize I will never get my money back but I really hoped he would have some courtesy to even respond to me.
