Not sure what is happening with this guy but I had placed a few orders with him over the span of a couple of years and never once had a problem and if there was, they would fix it. The order process was always a pain, but it was still bearable. I placed an order in May and cannot receive an answer from "John" or anybody. I realize I will never get my money back but I really hoped he would have some courtesy to even respond to me. Hopefully he got shut down

This place is piece of garbage. Sad thing is I've ordered from there before with no problem until the last two times. The 2nd to last I ordered some jerseys. They asked me to confirm. I confirmed. Ask me to pay. I paid them. After I paid then they tell me some are out of stock. They send me an invoice and tell me to confirm everything they had. This invoice even had the credit they gave me fo the out of stock jersey. Next they send me a shipping invoice and a T. Brady jersey they sad was out of stock is now on my shipping invoice and it is not the size I wanted, but they already subtracted this one from my credit. The person I got it for said they wanted it so I thought no biggie. I decided to use the credit I had left to order a personalized jersey and I would pay the difference. Sent me an invoice. I paid the difference. They sent me a paid invoice with the order, credit used, and $0 balance owed. After a couple weeks I decide to ask how long do the personalized jerseys take. I then get a jag off email saying we need a one sentence response of order request. Order # in subject. We do not and can not respond to emails that start with "is there" can you" etc. One sentence with order # in subject. So I decide to ablige the jerk signed John Taylor with Order # 7127 ME Status. A week later I heard nothing, and then someone Clara responds with an email saying it takes 2-4 weeks. Thank you for your patience. This person had manners so I said ok thank you. A week later I received an email saying if everything goes ok your personalized jersey should be finished May 16 and we will send you a shipping invoice. On May 28 I still hadn't received anything they stated. Tried contacting website and never received a response. No one is ever online ever no matter what time I check and still nothing. I'm convinced they have blocked my IP's now like someone else on here stated. It is now June 6 and still nothing. I ordered jersey on April 29,2012. Still have invoices and nada. WTF! Never again. All these jersey from China shhops are the same I see, because their business model is the same: you order, we quote you a price, ask you to pay, soon as we get money, we tell you something is out of stock, and keep your money.
Maybe twice out of the 10+ times I've ordered from these sites have I gotten everything I ordered correct and paid for. This place was one of them. Shame on me. I must be one of the dumba$$es Mr. John Taylor speaks of. Glad I only got jerked for less than a hundred. Apologies to all others.
