I purchased a 6 month "Jerky of the Month" subscription for my husband. He received two shipments and then they ceased. There was one email promising a double shipment since they recognized they missed a month but then nothing came. The following month (month 4) I received an email indicating that a shipment had been sent and again, not to dissapoint, there has been no shipment. I have sent several email notes to try to resolve the issue and i have received no support... what i do get is a response that they will be in touch and then nothing. Personally, I will not use this site again for any reason.
