I called a few times with questions regarding the product before I purchased it. Both times I was met with friendly staff who were eager to find out the info I needed.

I bought something and usually it will last a month or 2. Well it only lasted 2 days. I called and told them. They sent me a new one...no charge. Shipped right away. Thats how you're supposed to do business. Thank you

Jendco provides excellent service. I appreciated that someone answered the telephone, and confirmed that they were busy but still working in these very difficult times. I completed my order online and received it the next day.

Face masks received are as pictured and described. Masks seem sturdy and appear to be of excellent craftmanship, with no visible flaws or defects. They did pass the water test and the candle test. I am very pleased and feel confident in the ability of the masks' protection. Quick delivery and easy ordering. I recommend and would order again if needed. Thank you.

Best price I found...easy shopping cart...realistic shipping charge...faster-than-expected delivery time...well packed...love it! I have bought equipment from Jendco before and have always been impressed with the pricing and customer service. I have no intention of shopping for these types of items anywhere else!

I would have liked to have been able to live chat to check on something that was not 100% clear. (Whether or not the vacuum included the HEPA filter...looked like it does not.)
However, I sent an email after placing the order (after business hours) and the next day I got a reply that the item DID include the filter, and they would cancel the extra filter from my order, as I had asked.
