Well I can honestly say J D Williams certainly responds to bad feedback but not bad service!
Following my previous poor review regarding 2 payments taken for one item leaving me overdrawn with 3 direct debit cancellations and £40.00 worth of charges, I had no less than 3 different customer service responses promising to look into and address the complaint! GUESS WHAT not a squeak Non, Niet, Zippo.
My advice stay as far away from JD Williams and it's associated companies as you possibly can. There are loads of online retailers who are great to buy from and who sort complaints not scam customers.
