Terrible!

We went to this establishment today and we have been there numerous times in the past. It takes us over 30 minutes to drive to this restaurant. This is my birthday month and last year they gave me a free dessert. I tried to open their app only to be told that I needed to do an update before continuing. I updated the app and could not get into the site. I tried for 30 minutes as we ate lunch to no avail. Finally, I went up and asked the clerk who needed to go find the manager. She looked up my account by my phone number and then proceeded to tell me that I didn't have a birthday posted in my profile. She never asked to see proof, just proceeded to deny my request. I still could not get into the app, because I could not put in a password. Finally, on my way home, I managed to get into the app and there was my birthday in my profile. If you are not close to the restaurant, you can't scan your receipt, therefore my purchase will not be applied to my bonus. I am beyond upset and disappointed in this place. I feel that the manager was rude and didn't even ask to see my drivers license to verify my claim. This was the worst experience we have had at this establishment. We normally bring out-of-town visitors to this location, but after this rude and inconsiderate treatment, that will cease.

It's all about the food!

I have ordered delivery from Jason's Deli in Port Charlotte, Florida, and always enjoyed the quality, the taste and even the appearance of their food. But today I really wanted to write a review. I ordered soups, a sandwish, salads, fruit and dessert. Will last me for three meals and a snack! I was ordering a deli club online and it showed a picture of what I was ordering. It was a pic of a huge club sandwich. While ordering it, I'm thinking, it's probably just a regular sandwich. When my order arrived I was shocked and happy to find this huge deli club sandwich! Fresh and delicious, it was big enough for two! Thank you Jason's Deli... you just keep improving an already good thing!

Normally, I don't care if someone honestly tells me that I don't qualify or I am over qualified for a job. This place didn't even give me an application WTF!, read the details below:

I arrived promptly at 1:30pm on August 17th, 2009 with my resume, and asked someone re-filling ice where to wait for interviews, she pointed me out to manager, Michael Frasier. I walked up to him and asked him the same question. He replied, " Not the right person to talk to for that". I then proceeded to go the front register to ask someone the same question. A man was handed an application just before me, so I figured I should fill one out too. The female employee handing them out, told me "You look like you annoyed the manager, so you should probably just go home". She did not give me an application and turned away to give another person an application.

I have never been more offended in my life, and can not believe this is how you handle business ethics. I informed the restaurant I would write this letter, and will tell others of this occurrence and boycott your restaurant, until I receive a formal apology.
