Over the past year, I have purchased many items from J&H. The products have all been of the highest quality and have arrived very quickly. Customer service has been excellent in assisting me in making the best possible product selections. Purchased a new Avet SXJ 6/4 MC fishing reel from...

Purchased a new Avet SXJ 6/4 MC fishing reel from JandH tackle recently. Received a used reel in a SX (different model) box with no reel lubrication. Box was identified with stick on labels as a SXJ. Sent an email to JandH describing the issue but no reply. Reel retails for $279.99 with 10% promo code discount on website.
