I admired James oro eyewear. I had been a loyal customer. Some of my ongoing experiences lead me to be disappointed. 1. No customer service available to respond. It takes them 3 days or sometimes no response? When you call you get a VM 99% of the time. Calls may be 1 out of 10 returned. 2. Delivery takes 12 days? Why don't you charge $10 extra for USPS priority. Same issue items are sent back by 1st class? They started charging $5 recently to ship for 1st class. Why not another $7 for priority mail. Example order #xxxxx placed on July 10. No delivery till date? They claim delivered. Kindly show me a signed receipt? Fact: you have kept the prices of product so high i. E #Baron ( $185 /piece) to get maximum And offer free shipping ( first class usps) of items & mess up delivery. Who is at final loss client. 3. icon collection launch. I tried hard to talk to operation manager to share the sides ( arm design) of glasses. No response to 15 texts/emails. I could not order due to lack of information. I told customer service and they heard but didn't do anything. How can you launch a new product with no proper pictures of product. It should show basic views of front & sides. No #sideviews were availabe. All communication available upon request 4. Wrong product Recd. Order #xxxxx. Hunnids$ blue clear chain hunnids tint received instead of Black hunnidis$ 11. They ask pictures on July 18 and no label sent. On July 20 per their email. So no replacement with correct item. 5. Spent $ 370 on latest model #Baron order #xxxxx ( 2 sunglasses) not Recd. Jamesoro emailed item delivered on 18th. Today is 4th day. No response. July 22nd 2022. No action Finally I have reached out to management stating, I am stopping all buying activity on 20th July. No responses till today 7/22 Please take this as constructive feedback only. I have documentation to support all facts shared.

Please caution about delivery ( 12 days ) ; very poor customer service ; very pricy & quality has gone down
