Jade Swim's website is misleading and their customer service is terrible.

I ordered a swimsuit from them recently. When it arrived, the color was very different from what was pictured online.

I sent an email to their customer service to request a return due to the color inaccuracy. I was told that the item was final sale and could not be returned. I was also told that I could navigate to other areas of their website to look at color swatches so I would know what color the item I ordered was.

I explained that I did not understand the swimsuit was final sale when I placed the order because when I put the suit in my cart and checked out, only one price showed up - it appeared it was simply $100. The former price was not marked out or marked final sale, leading one to believe the price that appeared was the price and it was not on sale.

This explanation that their website was unclear as to the color of their products and whether their items were on sale did not matter to Jade Swim and they refused to make any exceptions.

This review is an opinion based on personal experience.

The swimsuits are very attractive, but the website is not. I got bored and started doing something else.
