Emailed this dealership regarding a truck for my son that they had advertised for sale on their website. Internet sales (Megan) responded that the truck was available. I said great, my son will be over in an hour to test drive. She said great ask for Megan. My son arrived within the hour and Megan was not available and the truck was not on the lot either. The sales guy walked my son all over the lot and then tried to convince him to test drive a different truck. These dealerships and salespeople are a joke with their advertising schemes. We have purchased 3 trucks from this dealership in the past. NEVER AGAIN!
Took my moms 2013 VW Tiguan in to this location across town. As we received a coupon in the mail for full synthetic oil change. I called ahead and they said that they had the filter. So we headed over there. Around 2:45 the service adviser I talked to told me it would be about an hour and a half. I said just call me when it's done. Around 4:30 still no call. And as they close at six we headed over. Arriving right before 5:00. They had not even got it in the bay yet. I was told they were still waiting on the oil filter. I'm like what? We sat there until they got the car in around 5:40. We were the last one they serviced today. I kept telling the service advisor to make sure they don't rush anything. Do a good job. I even walked around to the other side and watched them rotate the tires to make sure everything was good. I was told they found no problems. I paid we went home. I noticed the car was leaking oil like a damn fountain. Pictures tell 1000 words. Obviously they rushed and didn't tighten something down. We're talking four technicians underneath my mothers vehicle. I have never been so angry in my life. This vehicle had no oil leaks. Prior to today. So now I have to go bye oil to put in the car. Just to take it back and have them do it right. Oil all over the bottom of the car. Big mess in my driveway. First time and it will be my last. Avoid this place at all cost. I hope that they fix the problem. And I hope that there was no damage to my mothers vehicle. They have no idea what an inconvenience this has been. And the mental strain it has put me under. Just unbelievable.
I brought my car in for a diagnostic test to determine why the engine light was on. My husband typically takes care of this for me but, unfortunately he was out of town. After not receiving a phone call for an update 6 hours later after dropping off the car I called for an update. There was no answer, left a voicemail and then someone got back to me 1.5 hours later. They advised me for what needed to get fixed the parts cost 200$ and the labor fees would cost an additional 800$, so over 1,000$ with taxes. Then, I felt placed on the spot, pressured to pay the money or I would do more harm to my car. In retrospect I believe not only did I get taken advantage of to spend an outrageous amount but they were in hopes of me trying to buy a new car. Earlier in the day when dropping off my car, I was waiting in the lobby well over an hour for the shuttle to take me home and a sales person tried to coax me into looking at new models. My car is 8 years old and soon will need to be replaced. Lesson learned: go with someone so you don't feel pressured to make a decision and do your research. Discovered for what I was charged 4 hours of labor actually should only take 15-20 minutes.
I have owned Deverl Dodge/Jeep vehicles over the years and had them serviced at dealerships across the country. Service departments have always been friendly and courteous. I was in for a total shock when I moved to the Jacksonville area and had my Grand Cherokee serviced by this dealership. My first experience was for a 40,000 mile service. After a 6 hour time estimate, Inreceived my car 3 days later. When I got to the dealership to pick up my vehicle the check engine light was on. Really, after 3 days they return it with a check engine light on. 3 hours later it was returned with the claim it had a loose connection. Today I have them
One more shot. Went in for an express oil change. 2 hours later I went to the desk to see what was taking so long. I was told their printers were down and my car had been ready for 45 minutes but they couldn't do anything with their printers down. I pointed out that I had seen several people get checked out, I was told that it was only his printer that wasn't working. No apology or anything. I asked to speak with the service manager. 15 minutes later he still hadn't come out. I left and will not be returning. If you look at their facebook page, the reviews are much worse than mine. Not sure how their parent company allows them to continue to ruin their name and cost loyal Dodge/Jeep customers. This is my 5th Dodge/Jeep vehicle. As long as Inlive here, I will not be buying another.
