I purchased product from vankyo and its best years of trouble free. We enjoyed the product. Good quality and service.

Promised a refund for an item that was lost. They "forgot" to tell me it was found and didn't provide a refund. The item was located and are now holding my money hostage until the post office decides to deliver it back. Waste of 2 months!

These earbuds were a Christmas gift and I absolutely love having them. No cords to worry about plus the great quality.

Got this as a gift for my daughter and it was definitely. Wortg the cost. Seems to be a great tablet for her

Update: I'm guessing they saw my review because they quickly contacted me and got my projector replaced. It shouldn't take a bad review to get proper customer service but I'm happy my issue got resolved.

I bought a projector and that they guaranteed to last and it was dead under 1 year. I emailed their support and they asked for an order number. I used their paypal option through their direct website when I ordered the projector so I sent them the email receipt I got from paypal confirming the purchase. That was the only receipt I got and it literally has proof of the purchase, amount, card details, and the item in question yet their support replied saying I need to provide an order number even though I have supplied the receipt I received and that's all I got from them/paypal when I made the purchase. This feels like a total scam job they're trying to pull. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

I've bought a projector from Vankyo when they were a relatively new company with few reviews all positive. I took a gamble with them and happy that I did. A decent projector at an affordable price. I then bought a tablet from them that initially had a problem but was quickly resolved. They were responsive via messenger and email quickly and courteously. Gives me confidence and peace of mind when purchasing a product from them. I love my tablet and projector from them. I remember back in the day when cheap projectors were horrible and top-of-the-line projectors were ridiculously priced. You can find different projectors all at an affordable price to fit your spending budget. All decent projectors. It probably won't be as good as a top-of-the-line TV or Projector, but I've been having the viewing pleasure of watching all kinds of films that are highly produced or black and white noir films. Watching live sports use to be horrible on cheap projectors but it's been a pleasure on my affordable Vankyo projector. Good value for decent products. I highly recommend Vankyo.

My grandkids just love their tables. They take them everywhere they go even to the bathroom. I have downloaded educational apps and they are really enjoying their tablets.

We don't have space for a TV in our room, so we bought a projector for movies because it would take up less space. We set it up so that the movie is projected on the ceiling and we can just watch while lying in bed. We love it! The image is clear, quality good, and set up fairly easy. We still haven't been able to figure out how to cast from our phones though. Overall, we love how small, portable, and user friendly this projector is. We're excited to use it for outdoor movies this summer!
