Quick and easy, it's so much easier dealing with Epson via IT Supplies, Epson makes great printers, but they just don't have a face, or ever get back to me. ITs Customer Service is thorough.
I despise using the website. If it were humanly possible I doubt without considerable effort one could make it more difficult to use. The poor customer service people, all they can do is apologize. The system should have a check out as guest option. It forced me to retype my info in several times. In checking out your site indicated I could use my Amazon Pay account, but that was never allowed when I clicked on that option. I had to input all my information and credit card a number of times to charge the order.

It was hard to find the product I was looking for Inkjetart Microceramic Luster 11x17. Then it was very hard to checkout and pay. I had to get a new password, which took several tries because your reset messages kept going to the offsite spam filter. Finally got it paid. I didn't get any discounts or free shipping. I've been a longtime low volume customer.

As I have mentioned before, your website is quite confusing and trying to search, as an example, for "gallery wrap stretcher bars" is not recognized in your search terms. Being in the software business, I can tell you that most people will abandon their carts if they are frustrated in searching. I knew if I dug deep enough I would likely find what I was looking for. The way to improve your site is to develop a broader use of search terms. Additionally, some products are not organized in a cohesive fashion: if you are looking for stretchers, they are completely out of order: for example 8 inch 24 inch then 14 inch. Again this is easy to improve by creating a hierarchy or sequence. If you are looking for canvas and search a specific type only one width comes up and the others of that brand and finish are buried elsewhere in the site. Just trying to help.Even for me, a business that has used your products many times, I find it frustrating experience taking far too much time.(sorry!)
Your prices are OK, but you have to do something about your ordering

I wasted time retrieving and my old password and creating a new one when your system should have automatically saved it as I always place my order from the same desktop computer, same ip address.
I placed an order and had to fill out the information for payment more than 4 times before the information was accepted and I was careful to put the card info in correctly. It finally accepted the order.

Why is it when I have to go back to enter something I forgot, do I have to fill in everything below it again? In this case it was a shipping method.
Checkout was difficult. When I clicked submit for the order, my form blanked out and I had to re-enter my information. On the third try, my order was accepted, with no difference in what I typed in. My browser is Edge on Windows 10, and I was logged in before I started shopping.
Your website is not user friendly. It's always hard to find what I need without scrolling thru lots of pages. Need a search by product name. Also had difficulty with check out.
I get very aggravated at your checkout- says password incorrect- reset and lose all order and info- forget to fill in one box and re type everything again- probably did this six times! I don't have this problem anywhere else!
Too many payment details. Every time you miss one it erases the card number, so you have to go back to the beginning. It took three passes to get it to take my information.
