Had trouble with the order in that it would not accept what I had entered and had to redo twice. Order arrived in two boxes at 2 separate days.?

It was great the shipper messed up on delivery date put it on wrong truck and Itsupplies made it right and gave me a roll of paper.

The only negative is that I had to send product back to Xrite because it was not working properly.

Took me forever to place an order. Not sure if it actually happened (no order) or if it happened multiple times (3 or more orders). What a mess!

Overall, the process worked fine. Order came through quickly. There was a small problem with the order that was resolved just as quickly as need be.
