After I searched everywhere else I saw they had inventory. Battery was Dead but charged to 100% after some coaxing. Plugging and unplugging several times until it charged fully. It's a Dell issue with their batteries and chargers. I am thankful to them. They came through.

I purchased a card reader for a computer from this site. Site showed processing for WEEKS. Contacted the owner and he said he would credit my account and give me a refund. He did not. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company.
AVOID this company. Forest will tell you one thing and not deliver. AVOID.
I ordered a very hard to find motherboard from ITPartsHelp. I thought all hope was lost in finding this part. However, ITPartHelp came through with the correct part and delivered it promptly. Allowing me to meet my SLA with no penalty.

These guys are charlatans! I ordered a laptop display and the description clearly said it was new. When I received it, the back of the screen was still sticky where the adhesive had been. The front of it has marks where the bevel was adhered. When I called to ask about it, the guy I was talking to said, "What do you want me to do?" Seriously? I told him that he's advertising a used product as being new. He said, "You will find that it is new once you get it installed." I've been a tech for a lot of years and I know used parts when I see them. I did not get mean or belligerent with this guy yet he saw it fit to hang up on me. Never again will I deal with this company and advise everyone to run far and run fast
I have been looking for a Z800 cooling system for about 8-9 months and I finally found this site. A bit skeptical due to being screwed by Aliexpress and other sellers not having it so was not sure if I should purchase it. Read the reviews on here so I was not sure if I should order it, spoke with Forest and he informed me that they do have it in stock. Placed an order for two and it did take a few days for it to ship out due to the weekend and what not and Forest reassured me that they do have it and it will be shipped out. Then BOOM! I received the package and it was EXACTLY what I ordered. This site and seller is the real deal and will purchase from again.
