Cheaply made

Plastic bins are thin, brittle and break easily. I've had to replace both at $49.95 each in less than a year of use. Replacement bins must be ordered thru them as others are not compatible. Would not recommend this product.

"Salt in the Wound" customer service

Wrote to iTouchless about their product failures (four cans) and they wrote back suggesting I call. Which I did. Vicki the customer service rep proceeded to tell me all the ways I might have caused the problem... four times! When I told her that reviews on Amazon showed a failure rate of at least 20% she insisted that it was only 1-2%. Huh? She also assured me that the cans are expected to last ten years. With a one year warranty, I guess they aren't too confident.

I surrender! I've foolishly purchased four of these and all have lasted about a year. It could be argued that at $59 what should I expect and that may be a valid point. But, and it's a big but (not Kardashian) the carbon footprint created in manufacturing it, when compared to its useful life, must be huge!

This company is the worst to deal with in returning an item. We were send and iTouchless toilet seat as a gift. We did not want and went through all the proper paperwork required. We never took the toilet seat out of the box, only put packing slip and return paperwork on the shipping box and sent back. They told us that the toilet seat packing was ripped opened and the seat was used. After going through 4 different customer service people we got nowhere. They even got tripped up on their own stories. DO not trust these people.

Don't buy anything from them. I bought a trash can for $89 and couple months the air dumber broke. I called them and they were charging me administrative fees. You will be wasting your money if you buying their product. I think there is only one person works there and her name is Vicki.

Purchased the iTouchless 13rx trash can. Stopped working. Called itouchless, told them the problem. Said to pay $19.95 Warranty Fee and they will send me a new lid. I have called them back 15 times to get an address and no on will answer. They won't reply to my emails either. Horrible, Horrible customer service. I have purchased iTouchless trash cans before and they work well. So as long as one doesn't fail, you would be happy. Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with.

Stopped working.

Make sure you receive everything you ordered, and have lots and lots of battieries. All four of our touchless soap dispensers were missing keys needed to insert the batteries and soap, and we ended up having to pay extra for these items when they should have been included. Every item we have received from them chews through batteries in way under the time proclaimed on their website.

Got the ITouchless Stainless Steel Soap dispenser today and it did not have the key to open it to put batteries in. The lettering on the top is worn off and there was water in the soap dispenser letting me believe it was used and returned and resold to me.

Bad product
October 30, 2022

After only 1 month of use lid will not close all the way. Replaced batteries did not help. Did all the steps to reset nothing has worked.
