Ordered Anejo tequila, after a long wait they asked if they could subsitute Reposado, I said NO. They shipped it anyway. When received one bottle was smashed. They do not reply to email when it is a complaint. Despite purchasing the Insurify coverage (suppost be for damage) i still do not have the correct product and only five of the six arrived intact.

Ordered a specific tequila. Immediately received a notice shipping label was printed. 10 days later after multiple unanswered messages and a customer service phone that is not in service, I went to the store in San Diego. A guy there said he shipped it, I said nothing arrived and no tracking info. He then called the "owner", who said to wait there an hour. I asked the guys if they even had the tequila I ordered. Basically the answer was no. I assume the "owner" was going to try to switch me to another product. All this time, they had already billed my credit card for a non-existent product. Not someone I would ever do business with again. Order at your own peril.

AWFUL. I ordered 6 1.75 bottles and received 12 750 ml bottles. Not only is this the wrong order, it is short 1,500 ml. The company phone number does not work. The email on file did not reply to me yet and it has been 3 days. Never again!

I ordered some beer, they sent the wrong beer. Tried to reach them by email and phone, but no response from them to fix the issue.

Unable to contact them when you're order isn't correct. Phone rings and disconnects after a few rings. Doesn't respond to emails when you let them know order isn't correct. Fails to even respond to BBB complaint. Will never use again.
