Была задержка в 3 дня по вознаграждению, и я написал в поддержку об этом, добавив 3 скриншота. Сначала написал просто через почту, день ничего не было, потом через специальную ссылку в пункте заданий, меня перенесли на маленькую анкету, где нужно ввести почту и комментарии, и по возможности приложить скриншоты, и после этого я увидел прогресс. Сначала автоматическое сообщение, а после уже (в течении часа) одобрение выполненного задания. Ставлю 5 звезд! Все идеально работает!

There was a delay of 3 days on the reward, and I wrote to support about it, adding 3 screenshots. At first I wrote just through the mail, the day there was nothing, then through a special link in the item tasks, I was transferred to a small questionnaire, where you have to enter the mail and comments, and if possible to attach screenshots, and then I saw the progress. First automatic message, and then (within an hour) approval of the completed task. I give it 5 stars! Everything works perfectly!

I submitted my ticket with photos of proof and a explanarion. Within 2 hours my issue had been reaolved and I had received my missing reward!

Completed an offer for 1239. Raised a ticket and received 233 gems. Why not 1239? So mad right now!

Bonjour, il reste des récompenses non débloquées. Il y en a pour 9584 émeraudes les 3 dernières ont été validées et malgré mes demandes j'ai pas de nouvelles

Estoy totalmente agradecido con ironsource. He completado unas 5-6 ofertas y he recibido todos los tokens. Incluso en una que no los había recibido, en cuanto me contacté con el soporte me los dieron en cuestión se minutos. Son de verdad un ejemplo sobre como deben trabajar este tipo de empresas. Ya he probado otras dos empresas y nunca me daban los tokens, cuando reclamaba siempre respondían bots o daban muchas excusas. Con ironsource nunca tuve problemas hasta ahora, así que mis respetos y espero que nunca dejen de ser así

J'étais très contente car le service avait réagi rapidement lorsque j'ai espliqué mon problème avec les 1600 gems que je devais recevoir en atteignant le niveau 11 dans un autre jeux donc ils m'ont répondu et m'ont dit de le reconnecter au jeux pour que je puisse recevoir les gems ce que j'ai fait j'ai constaté que j'avais 1,9k de gems j'ai refermé l'appli sans jouer ce soir je me reconnecte je vois que j'ai que 233 gems c'est quoi cette arnaque je comprends pas!

Hraji hru lovesick a chtěla jsem získat potřebné diamanty pro tuto hru, tím že si stáhnu hru soliter a dohraji ji do 147 kola. Jako odměnu jsem měla obdržet na hru 122 diamantů. Několik her už jsem takhle hrála a fungovalo to. Bohužel i po dohrání požadovaného kola jsem měla v dané hře napsáno že stále mám hru v procesu a není dokončena. Po kontaktování podpory která byla tedy opravdu rychlá se na hře načetlo že jsem vše splnila. Přišel email že mám nárok na odměnu za hru a že je vše vyřešeno. No a doteď jsem nic neobdržela a podpora bohužel nereaguje. Je to smutné ale nemohu dát dobré hodnocení.

Eu gostei muito da força de conseguir ouro... Eu completei a task do coin master, e estou a espera da chega dos ouros... Estou muito feliz e satisfeito, vou ficar mais ainda se realmente cair os ouro. Quero virar criador de conteúdo desse jogo, BULLET FORCE é bom demais!
