I played a game to earn hearts as a reward for passing levels & i didn't receive my reward but iron source helped me to get my reward & I'm so thankful
IronSource is very responsive in resolving consumer complaints (very quick responsive, just took a couple hours, the problem has been completedly resolved) good job
The problem of not receiving the reward in less than an hour has been resolved, and I am very happy and thank the support for their interest in this matter.
I've done four different offers to get gems for 1945 Air Force. I got the first one which was only 53 gems. The other three I have yet to get any of the rewards for. I opened tickets, and all I get back is:

Same response to every single ticket no matter what I say or ask.
I don't ever usually post reviews on anything, but I spent two days playing rip-off Solitaire games, watching coins fall onto a stupid belt to push other coins off the stupid belt, and listening to a horrible music app. All for nothing thus far.
I've been playing games in order to receive the rewards that an app will offer as long as the requirements are met for a while now. Anyone that does this knows exactly how hard it is to collect the points or rewards from these offers sometimes. In fact, I've found that it's sometimes more work and more time to dispute a claim for an offer than it was to actually complete the requirements in the first place. You find yourself doing double the work for 1 reward and sometimes you really get the shaft when you actually do ever step and requirement of an offer and fight for it and still end up with a big fat goose egg. To those companies look out, because for the first time I'm impressed with a rewards company. I filed a claim for a game on the Coin app and in less than 1 hour I was emailed by Iron Source and was credited on my Coin app over 11,000 coins! This is how you should treat your customers/employees If you want them to be loyal to a company. Most of my reviews tend to be negative, because unfortunately, I feel most businesses don't care about people nowadays. It tends to be all about the dollar. I give credit where credit is due and I'm taking the time to say thank you for going above and beyond my expectations! You guys have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of ANY game, or rewards app that I've ever delt with.
I was missing some points for a completed offer and it was taken care of quickly after I submitted my ticket. No problem with anything. Received the missing points in a few hours.
Quick and efficient in problem solving, I was told no more then 3 days, took less then 3 hours. I hope every interaction in the future is this simple.

Yes it is a great way to make a little extra cash the only bad thing is the max of 30.00 a day no matter if you have 14,000 coins or 22,014 coins you will get $ 30.00 no more.

On this occasion they attended me instantly but on another occasion they definitely rejected my request that it was an offer from infinity kingdom, I used the support but they did not answer me.
I submitted my help request and within 24 hours it was resolved, i had an email which i had to click a link to validate and came home to everything sorted, thanks guys :)
