I am a long time Kashflow user (since 2014) and whilst it is easy to give the software a multiple star rating, it is, after all just software, the crunch comes when dealing with people, customer service.

Impossible to speak to someone unless it's sales.

I have an issue with billing and money, the stuff we work hard for, and when you have a concern, you want to speak to someone, either by chat or phone.

Not with Iris/Kashflow. After the chat line's failure to deal with my issue, the only way to help was to give me a telephone number that looped me into some automated voice options, never to get to speak to someone. Follow that by an internet search that did help get hold of someone, (if you do this, take a name) that person gave me 2 further numbers that did exactly the same, loop me into a never-ending email billing@ or see our website, which isn't good enough.

Software is good, customer help miserable

Mind Your Money

They deducted more money than was agreed on directly from my bank account. Liars! Make sure you get them to sign a contract before you share your bank details with them so that they don't rob you as they did to me.

Stay away

Experienced the worst customer service from this company. My emails were ignored and when someone finally picked up my calls, they were so rude to me. Customer supports is making this company lose clients.
