IQOption

I was in a hunt for good ETFs for a while, and there weren't many good brokers. Don't get my wrong, there are ALOTOF brokers which provide ETFs for trading, but you can't really vouch for none of them, all look kind shady to me🤔Then I came across IQ Option, I have known it before, but didn't know they offer etfs, and it was an easy choice fr, because their legitimacy is just out of the question, they are in the business for quite some time... 11 years😄Just as I was beginning to trade.
What I go for here is mainly BITB, this is a solid asset and a lower cost way to trade BTC which is just mad by itself... Moreover, the conditions are to be praised here, I like how they structred the whole chart and a client member area around it, so you can access the feats more comfortly.

Until today, March 17,2025, I have not received any response at all, and my request has not been processed, nor has there been any response regarding the request. There is only evasion and complete disregard for messages.

This response from IQ Option to my Trustpilot review contains no real solution! They continue to stall and repeat the same phrases without providing me with the financial data I requested 23 days ago. To date, I have received no timeline for addressing my issue, as they claim, nor have I received any actual email updates, and there is complete disregard, I've checked my email, including spam, and haven't received any updates from them.

I have been a customer of IQ Option for a long time, but when I submitted an official request for a detailed financial statement of my transactions, I was surprised by the lack of any actual response from the company. I have submitted several complaints via email, technical support, and to the complaints department, but the company does not deal with complaints in a professional manner, as it has not yet provided me with a notification of receipt of the complaint or a reference number to follow up on it. Every time I contact them on live support, I hear the same repeated answers that the request is under consideration. Imagine with me that a request for a financial statement requires study for all this time and so far there has been no real progress in resolving the problem. I am trying to contact the technical support email and the "Complaints Department", but this department does not respond to my messages, and when I call my account manager, he tells me that the relevant department will contact me, which has not happened yet despite the passage of 15 days. It is unacceptable for a company to delay in fulfilling a legitimate request such as a financial statement, which is a basic right for any customer. This complete disregard and non-response and these methods raise questions about transparency and credibility in dealing with customers. I hope that my request will be responded to as soon as possible and the issue will be addressed seriously, otherwise I will have to take further steps to ensure that my rights are restored. They could improve the educational resources a bit more… maybe providing more advanced materials would be beneficial. Anyway, there are no other downsides to the IQ Option. Even this is not much of a downside, as resources are now easy to find online on whatever subject you are interested in.
I enjoy trading with IQ Option and can recommend it to other traders who like to trade different modes through one account and one platform. 🙂

I started to trade through the iq option broker just because I see how traders are overwhelmed with their results with this broker.
Moreover, they frequently underline that there are no issues connected to withdrawals which is a big plus for me. I am afraid of having delays when I withdraw money because I am scared of being cheated in such cases.
There are no delays and additionally the broker has a reputation. What does this mean? It's reliable, guys. *-*

The platform is very functional tbh. I have never had a forex broker with the payments built into the platform.
One thing about support though. It's better to redirect my question to the agent directly instead of bot. Sometimes it's not very convenient.😕

Once I was advised to pay attention to the iq option because the platform has everything a beginner trader needs to successfully dive into tra:ding.
Indeed, here is everything as I imagined before joining.

There're many assets across various asset classes, forex, cryptos, stocks - whatever you want.
There are many instruments integrated into their custom platform, btw, it's a highlight, because it's not a metatrader which I was taught trading on. It's even' clearer from the point of navigation, at least for me,

And support is reachable. They reply quickly.

IQ Option is a great broker and honestly, I was impressed by the quality of services and it is noticeable that they invested a lot of effort to reach such a level. Even though I'm a total noob in the trading field who started trading recently, I could understand how everything works with an easy and intuitive user interface.
By the way, you can congratulate me because a while ago I made a good profit by closing a short position on Apple stock and I would say that I was just lucky enough to close this a good deal. 😁

TBH, iq option broker is an interesting alternative to many trading platform.
Firstly, it's because of the possibility to trade options which is a peculiar asset, but it doesn't mean it can't be profitable.
Secondly, I frequently trade here shares with rather big leverage and take advantage of harsh price fluctuations. Sometimes I go red, but usually in the green zone =))
Also, there are no troubles with extracting money, fees for that are miserable.

Of course, among many other aspects, what I like the most about IQ Option is the cost-efficiency of trading on their platform. This is a spread-based broker, meaning they only charge commission in the form of a spread and not an additional trading fee, except for the overnight fees.
And the spreads are more than competitive. Let's take the EUR/USD pair which is usually taken for comparisons. The spread on this pair is usually around 0.6 pips or just 6 points. Incredible.

Let me start with the area where improvements must be made. It is about the range of instruments. They have included all the asset categories, but the cfds in each category are at the bare minimum.
Apart from this, everything works well.
The platform is indeed simple and responsive. Making it trading here is as simple as it can get.
I appreciate how accessible IQ Option is in general, providing a simple and easy-to-learn trading app combined with such a low initial deposit requirement of only $10. It can be a great fit for beginners but not only.

I don't doubt the reliability of iq option, there are many hefty organization which are supervising it so I feel a peace of mind and know that money is always withdrawable and balance protected.
I also loves trading tools which allow me to trade currency pairs fruitfully. Set of indicators is awesome, there are many of them from classical like MA to sophisticated like oscillators.

As far as I'm concerned Iq option is one of the best for trading options, but not only…
The forex trading mode is actually pretty decent. I have some substantial experience with other forex brokers and all the aspects are on a high level.
For instance spreads for instruments like Eur/Nok is just around 30 or 35 on a bad day.
Let alone the very fact I don't have to pay any commissions per lot.
Really quality brokerage I must say.

The software is sleek and intuitive. And incredibly fast as well.
The spreads are quite tight.
The withdrawals are speedy.

I could easily find all the information I needed, I conducted the research I needed to before I was certain I wanted to trade with this broker, then I contacted the customer service team to walk me through the process so that I could indeed make up my mind if I wanted to or not.

During the registration process, everything went smoothly. Trading has also been very easy and I have been able to operate the tools and features without hassle.
