Don't waste your time with this site!

So I thoroughly went through this site before ordering, even emailed them specifically asking about return policy- they just referred me back to the site. Thought I had it all down. The 30% restocking fee should be UP FRONT on the website. I am in the wedding industry ( photographer) and thats the first thing on my contract. The deposit is nonrefundable. They hide this tidbit of info way past reading on the website. The dress they mailed me was not what was pictured on the site. It wasn't lace on the top, it was some weird sewn back and forth pattern to make it look like lace. I got professionally measured - as someone on their site said worked well for them. The dress came- not when requested. I specially called the delivery company and asked it to be delivered on Friday ( I was out of town) and they left it on my porch wed morning. The dress didn't fit. Usually an A line dress is flattering on most figures. I am 5'5" and a size 8, wedding dresses are a totally different sizing so I ordered a 12 as per my measurements. The dress barley zippered and then the top "lace" part was huge. The A line stuck out after the bust line and made me look wide- ok so its ugly. I should have known. So I go to return it. Not only do I have to pay for shipping again and that god awful 30% restocking fee. They are charging me for the shipping the first time- that I was charged for. And then this was in the email they sent me

" 1 Reorder. If you keep the dress without return and reorder online, you are gifted a $20 dollar-off discount coupon towards your next order. If you are using this service, we will also apply free rush order service to get the new order shipped out in 10 days. It will save time and cost for you, and we sincerely hope you'll consider this solution.

Regarding the high international delivery expense and the loss incurred of the return, we sincerely recommend you to consider keeping the dress or thinking of reselling the it online such as http://www.recycledbride.com/sell

This is why I EMAILED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE AND GOT NO REAL RESPONSE! I will only be refunded 1/2 the price of the dress after being nickel-ed and dimed to death with the return. Lots of other sites include the return cause your purchasing something ONLINE that you can't try on.

Wishing I saw these reviews before purchasing. A MAJORITY of them are bad. Meanwhile they don't put any real reviews on their site. Going to try and get my CC company to only refund a partial for being lied to.

Before any bride has her bridesmaids order from this shop, she should think twice. This shop is in China, and there is no contact number to reach them. Their online chat is NEVER available. The only way that you will be able to contact this company should anything go wrong is to email them... I wish I would have checked more into this company before selecting a dress. Ordering from this site was a big risk, and unfortunately for me and my bridesmaids, it didn't pay off. The look and quality of this dress and the way that the company refuses to rectify the problem has caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress and anguish. There's already enough to worry about planning a wedding - the last thing you need to worry about is putting your bridesmaids in awful bridesmaid dresses.

First of all, the picture of the dress (BR273) is very misrepresentative of the actual dress. The flower on the dress looks like one big flower, but there are actually 4 or 5 small flowers on the dress, with cloth buttons in the center of each. The buttons are very visible and it looks very cheap and cheesy. Had I known that I would have never wanted to order them.

Secondly, my bridesmaids do not live in the same area of town, or even in the same state, so they ordered their dresses separately as many bridesmaids do. They did not all receive them at the same time. Once the last dress came in and they took pictures and sent them to me, we could see that they all weren't exactly the same color. The dress was ordered in the "Pink Sorbet" custom color. It is chiffon, which is sheer, and it has a liner. The liner for one of the dresses is purple while the others are not. This caused the dress to look a different color than the rest.

Also, keep in mind that, if your bridesmaids' body types are not similar to the model in the picture (tall, very narrow hips) then this dress is going to be very ill-fitting and look horrible on them. They will need to get a ton of alterations done to make this dress look half-way decent, which will probably cost more than you paid for the dress itself.

The different colored liner alone should be justification enough to receive a refund for the dresses, but not according to this company. Pay very close attention to their refund policy, because they adhere strictly to it, regardless of the problem being their fault. If you do not notify them within 5 days of receiving the dress, you are simply out of luck. Unfortunately we didn't realize there was a problem until all of the dresses had arrived. And since they were ordered separately, some of the dresses had been delivered over 5 days ago.

I emailed them about the problem and all I got was a short email response that said I should refer to their refund policy, and that if I look very closely at the flower detail, I could see that the picture online is correct. They will not be accepting any returns or giving any refunds. We are stuck with an awful dress. Please don't let this be you too. Find another company that actually has a customer service line. If you have any kind of standards and want to find a beautiful, well-made bridesmaid dress than you should look elsewhere because you're not going to get it here.
