I like the technical support from this broker. The guys respond quickly via chat in several languages. The site itself also supports multiple languages. But more importantly, there is a direct telephone number for communication. You can always call and settle your questions.

This company is a huge scam. Do not invest with them! - They call you through random numbers - they keep asking you to send them additional money - they're extremely stupid and don't understand the market. If you decide to work them, say goodbye to your money

The worst service provided to me throughout my life and the worst treatment from a so-called expert and financial advisor. On the basis that we are his employees and you do not have any way to communicate the information, and unfortunately there is no transparency at all with them.

These people are very annoying, shameless, manner less, they have no ethics, they keep calling you irritate you annoy you until you register on their platform. If you abuse them on call they will also listen to it just because of some rupees, they do not have self-respect as well. I do not see such shameful people in my entire life, do not trust them ever, they are true scammers.

The owner of Investmarkets is Mr. Constantinos Zertalis of Cyprus. He is a local businessman who has been CEO and board member of several international businesses that have been publicly listed such as XAPT and Rafina Innovations. He is listed as owner of Arvis Capital and Forex TB according to registration documents in Belize and Cyprus. The help desk at Investmarkets acknowledged him when I asked for information to be forwarded to him. However, I am not certain whether they did so or whether he chose not to reply.

Luckily for me my bank manager had a friend that works with Internet Crime Complaint Center he then transferred me to lexonsecure.com which did a very amazing job
In less than 48hrs all my money with InvestMarkets was sent back.
Do not let them get a way with your hard earned money file a case against them.
I have been trying to withdraw my money since 8th February 2024. No open trades, and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent. All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. It's their formula to squeeze as much out of you in any way possible. Just wish I did my own research on Investmarkets before trusting them,I would have run a million miles immediately! Best thing to do is report to police or lexonsecure.com and make sure to put as many reviews of your experience with these scammers all over every kind of media possible, so we may help other people from being scammed. To help desk or whoever replies to these reviews from Investmarkets yes I have sent emails to help desk contacted agent(no response) and called help desk but still get told its in process.It only takes 3 days to have money in my bank from the date withdrawal request approved, as you have proved to me when withdrawing 100k USD. Account in question Withdrawal ID is *******. Amount is 121,830 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 8 April. I was relentless, as well as Informing Police and instructing Lexonsecure they were able to work on my withdrawal and re coup it. L will carry on posting this review everywhere. You will not be able to type Investmarkets anywhere without having a warning flash up.

I have got a quick response from the team and initiated my refund process post to my complaint submitted on 21.02.24 and today 26.02.24 got my money back in to my bank account

I learned about this broker from the 2020 ThatSucks readers' and editors' ratings. There he was given the status of "Reliable Broker". I think that the major benefit for this brokerage service is their convenient web platform. Its cozy layout attracted me from the very beginning. Everything is easily accessible here. Made an account on the platform to check it out and compare with other platforms i've been using. After not having logged in for like two days or so, i started to get phone calls almost every day. The caller tried to urge me to deposit money and start trading. After a few times i started to get annoyed and demanded that they stopped calling me. At this point i was not planning to use the platform anymore at all. But the phone calls wouldn't stop even after one of the callers ensured me that they will take out my number from their list. The annoying thing is that the calls come from a different number every time, so blocking the numbers one by one didn't really do the trick. I contacted customer service today and got ensured that my number will no longer be called. Let's hope for the best...
