I have not found accounts with a fixed spread. Why do you think the broker does not want to provide traders with such an opportunity?

Because fixed spreads are not market execution. Spreads always depend on market volatility.
InvestMarkets is a broker that does not work inside a dealing center, it has market execution of orders.
