Management is so bad. The boss will try to abuse you and control you, even your personal life and will never sit down and make a fair communication with you. Morale is appallingly low. Many long-returned employees are leaving, taking their knowledge and expertise with them. Stay as far back as possible! You do not want to be a part of this unbelievably ridiculous organization.
