Send out jacuzzis that have faulty parts! Do your home work! Hasn't the Chinese done enough! Will try to tire you out with ping pong answers and call back lies. 2 month pump broke and 3 month to get?

Since the month of May I made a purchase of a swimming pool through its website and the product did not arrive I have made the claim on several occasions and they still do not give me an answer, finally I asked for the return of my money, almost three months have passed and so far I have not yet received my purchase or my money back.
