I wanted to send something special for my best friend's birthday as I cannot visit her due to covid 19 pandemic so I decided to send her bouquet from Interflora India and it was an amazing experience the gift delivered before time and it was exactly how it is shown on their website. I really appreciate the efforts from the Interflora team they have really high-quality flowers, packaging, and presentation.
Very disappointed. I paid for and was promised an arrangement called Floral Fiona with 21 stems and looks very robust and full. But received with only 16 stems that made the arrangement look much smaller. Interflora was willing to give me a 20% discount for my nevt purchase but I want a replacement bouquet as promised. Why will I trust this company that has done this before to me too. Will never use them again.

Very dissapointed customer . Interflora doesn’t even agree to their blatent wrongdoings . Cheat us with smaller bouquets delivered when bigger are promised and paid for .

Ordered flowers in the morning, they weren't delivered the same day and they were meant for a birthday. I get a message at night saying delivery unsuccessful. Customer card was useless. Will not be using them again.

Had order a snake plant on the occassion of Fathers day. Had booked a 9am-1pm slot for the same. However after 3 follow ups, the plant got delivered at 5pm.
Secondly, the plant image shown on the site looked nice and big. When delivered, the quality is was not as i had expected it to be considering the price they charge...
Jute basket looked bigger in size than the plant... Price paid was not worth the money at alll...
Tip for consumers:
Will not recommend Interflora...They are highly expensive with poor quality plants atleast. Just making it look fancy from outside is not going to gain them anything.

What you see is not what gets delivered. Extremely bad. This site should be reported. Very cheap looking and totally differthings get delivered. They dupe you!'
Not happy, they changed the flowers and the look completely and put average flowers instead, if you don't have something available, u cannot give a lower replacement specially when I have already paid for something much more expensive and exclusive, will not use service again, will not recommend also.
Had ordered a bouquet for delivery on a birthday and even after 6-7 calls they were unable to update me with the correct status of the order and the bouquet got delivered in the evening when there was no one to receive it. It was embarrassing and a very bad experience with Interflora.
Ordered flowers for my wife on our 40th anniversary. They forgot to add the note I had composed for my wife. The whole occasion was therefore lost. Swiggy came and just dumped the flowers. Much better vendors in the market
I placed an order on the 1st of May for Mother's day on the 14th of May. I opted for the added charge of INR 200 to get fixed time delivery between 8-10am. Once I realised the order was delayed I called them and they said they had removed fixed time deliveries for Mother's Day as they had a high number of orders (?!?) but that they flowers would be delivered within 30 minutes on priority, when they still hadn't been delivery another 90 minutes later I called them again and was told they'll send me INR 200 as a "gesture of their regret" and that the flowers would be delivered latest by 7pm!
Firstly, if you don't deliver a service, returning the payment for it is the bare minimum requirement, not a "gesture of regret".
Secondly, if for some reason you do cancel a service, inform the customers that bought in advance with an offer of repayment so they can place an order elsewhere.
Thirdly, do not provide inaccurate delivery times because the receiver might be waiting to receive them and plan their day accordingly- in this case, my mother had to delay her Mother's Day lunch celebrations!
This is supposed to be a flower delivery service, you should be prepared for Mother's day surge in orders! It's a sentimental day! If you can't keep your promised on the day, you shouldn't be in business.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust them to deliver on time, even if you have the option to select fixed time delivery. They don't honour it.
