They hold on to your money for WEEKS and then take more time to refund it.

I can't believe this so-called company was recommended by Monito! I won't be trusting anything from either of them now. After seeing them recommended by Monito I signed up for an account. I provided all the requested information & uploaded documentation. I was sent an email stating I needed to "verify" my account by logging in and providing "requested information". Upon logging in I'm shown a page stating again I need to verify my account by uploading requested documentation. I click the link and it just refreshes the page. I go through all the account settings and possible links and nowhwere is there anywhere to provide additional information or upload, just a page that says they are reviewing my account application and will get back to me when it is complete. A day goes by and I get another email stating I need to verify my account. There is no customer service link or phone number, only a chat box which responds with "yes it is a good evening" no matter what I write. I reply to one of the auto-gen emails sent to me and am then emailed from a different email address by someone claiming to be a customer service rep from the company requesting I fill out two documents they have attached: 1) Ownership Details, and 2) Business Review. I fill out the documents which is repeat information of what I have already supplied, and send it back. I then get another auto-gen email from the company again stating I need to complete my application by verifying my account. I screenshot this and send it to the supposed customer service agent I had just corresponded with who then responds stating they need still more information from me in the form of "more detailed explanation of the nature of my business", wanting to know why I don't have a website, if I plan to have a website in the future and if so when I plan to have it, and asking me to "share my product catalog"?!?! WTF & WTH!?!
I notice that there is not a single review on here after 2019 that is not TERRIBLE. Glad I saw this site before I went any further with this scamming sham of a company.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I initiated a $******* US dollar transaction to the Philippines for a property purchased. I provided all the documents including the deed of sale, my bank account statements detailing the source of funds, etc and after 12 days of processing/pending status, they send me an email stating that they will refund my money instead. They could not provide me any more details except it doesn't meet their internal process. I asked for more information as to why it did not meet their internal process when I have provided everything that they needed but the customer rep says that's all the information she has. Bare in mind that I've been able to send the same amount using Transfast with no issues whatsoever.It took them 12 days to determine this while they have my funds on their bank account and it's going to take a few more days for me to get the refund. Essentially the way they make money is to keep your funds for a couple of weeks while they make interest out of it and refund it back to you. What a SCAM and RIPOFF. AGAIN STAY and SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MISERY! This company should be investigate for FRAUD and illegally profitting interest from other peoples funds/money!
Slow remit speed, fund transferred to their system and claimed not received. Already 4 days, very slow action speed.
