I just got my waist trainer a few days ago & I love it already!
They sent me the wrong wait strainer. I have called and emailed them numerous times. No one answers the phone, or replies to emails. It's been weeks. Very unprofessional.
Horrible place, no one answers the phone. I placed my order 12/26 I still have not received my package. Tracking states that a shipping label was created but nothing else. I've called, emailed and no response. I'm calling my bank to consider this a fraudulent transaction immediately!
I have to say that the four bad scam reviews are four to many for me, I was looking at a bundle package which would cost a little over 100.00 but as I do prior to many online purchases I read the reviews and sadly got immediately turned off, I work to hard for my money to take avoidable risk so this is one I will sit out.
I Ordered my trainer about a month ago. A week past i let it slide as there was a snow storm and thought maybe that can be the delay then another week, i kept checking emails for a tracking number j continously wrote them and it was like they were swindling and saying " yes once we get the order, we ship it the same day " i want my $#*!ing money back! I have a child and i dont have time to waist money, i needed it to be able to work this baby fat off but its a game! Dont order. The reviews below im sure there own ppl wrote them to get them started on a good level. Dont fall for it!

Order my ordered items since December 28th 2016. Still have not received part of my order as of January 25th 2017. Contacted numerous individuals through customer service and Instagram I was given nothing but a run around. Spoke with customer service rep on the phone all she had to say to me that has nothing to do with her she never spoke with me before and that Instagram is different than customer service. Given a false tracking number to shut me up. Three business days later still no item attached to track a number.

I ordered March 5 received it three weeks later... I let it go seeing that they blamed it on the snow storm. They sent the wrong shaper but I was willing to overlook that as well until wearing it... the quality of shaper is not worth the price Ann Cherry shapers are way better for the same price not to mention the thigh keeps rolling despite the rubber on it. Yes I have thick thighs but I have full body shapers from Ardyss and Ann chery and they are way better. I would suggest not getting instacurve if you want serious definition
I've placed my order on Friday March 10th and I did not receive a tracking number. I emailed customer service three times, and I even wrote them on Instagram & didn't received a response! So I called today March 16th 2017 around 9:30 and the representative told me that my order will be here today! So the mailman comes to my house, as I wait, expecting my waist trainer. "No Waist Trainer" so I called them again & pulled up my email as well. I finally got a tracking number, but they just made a shipping label on my ordere today (March 16th 2017) day! I was very angry and mad, because anytime you have a celebrity advertising your product, I don't expect no delays or b. S from the company! Delivery was advertised from 5/7 business days & I don't have my product! I'll never order from them again! Not only that, the representative lied to me
If i could rate a zero i would. I received the wrong order. I ordered a 2 hook 2XL and they sent me a 3 hook medium. The order I received had fingerprints on it like it was handled by someone with dirty hands, possible bass from make up? I shouldn't have to pay for an exchange when the company didn't even send me what I ordered. What I received is not even what's on he receipt paper that come with it. I played almost 50$ for it and its the wrong size, it looks dirty, and isn't 2 hooks. I'm very disappointed I was exited to buy the product and was gonna buy more once I tried it. I'm just shocked because this is the first time I ordered and it was this bad. I ordered a 2 hook abdominal waist cincher. 2XL in Black. I will never order from them as in they have terrible customer service. I have sent 5 emails and have not heard nothing back in a week.
I order my waist trainer on nov 29 and i still haven't received it, nor got a response from Insta curve. Maybe i should follow suit with Isabella and sue they as well
