I bought a program from Insperity called "Ultimate Employer" about 5 years ago. In starting a new company, I was trying to go back into the program to create company specific policies and onboarding materials. They no longer even support or offer any back-ups to the program which I spent money on. Additionally, when calling for support, I spent 58:34 on the call (mostly on hold), only to be told this at the very end of the call. Waste of time and money.
