My parcels keep getting lost or sent back to Vinted when they were delivered to a certain shop. If you don't want your parcels lost or returned to Vinted seller opt for a different delivery

Unreliable

Wish I could give 0 stars. Inpost is the worst, worse than Evri even. They lost my parcel but kept updating the app every time to called like it was on its way till after 3 weeks when I realised the parcel was never getting delivered. They also offered 20£ for a parcel worth over 100£.

Horrendous! Avoid

Don't even try to deliver the package they just send it back to buyer. It's a complete joke. Lost me a lot of money

This service started well however as they are growing and more people are using it they are NOT COPING with the volume of parcels. 14 days to deliver a parcel taking 4 attempts because the lockers were full, it is just not acceptable. I will not be using INPOST and relay in the more trusted service of RM and Yodel. Bye Inpost, it was good whilst you could do your job efficiently. Not anymore.

Disgusting service

Buyer failed to collect my parcel sent via Vinted, parcel returned there employee scanned the wrong parcel so I ended up with a totally different parcel. They are refusing to help me constantly telling me the problem lies with Vinted. Vinted told me that it's Inposts problem. Not a shred of compassion empathy or responsibility. I am a disabled person who are treated me like dirt.

Avoid

Wasted two days waiting in for a parcel that didn't arrive. Both days I was sent an email from Inpost saying that my parcel was out for delivery and so I waited in but, to no avail.

Why do sellers use this company when they have so many bad reviews and the couriers only work until 5pm Monday to Friday.

If you are a seller, I would suggest that you avoid using this company because you will lose custom and possibly reputation. I definitley will not buy again from the seller I used.

Have just had a shocking experience of InPost I posted an item in one of there lockers When it arrived at its destination it was not what I posted The item was completely different I assume the courier put a wrong label in at the locker After several emails they denied all responsibility saying it was down too Vinted HOW CAN THIS BE If things go wrong please be aware this is what happens No support I have unsubscribed and will not use again Shocking service

Disgusting

Where do I start.
Posted 3 parcels and my son posted 10 so that's 13 in total if my maths are correct Monday in a locker Morrisons Failsworth Manchester.
Went to post another one today Tuesday and the locker is not in operation contacted inpost they replied ring back next week.
This is not the 1st time at this machine the last time it was out of action for over a month we run a small business and this will impact us in a Big way loss of revenue & Bad feedback will be using Royal Mail in the Future Heads up everyone don't use this locker I'm fuming probably won't even get our postage back Beware shocking company

Draw did not open

Put the code in I was given.it said draw open...but no draw opened tried again with the code to be told it's been collected.called inpost to be told it's occupied and they can't open it.I said my parcel still there and what happened and no help...told me to contact supplier which I did to be told it's been collected...inpost still refused any help just kept saying it's occupied I'm sorry it's says it's collected...unable to get my parcel so money wasted...fuming will never use again and will make sure everyone I know never uses them either...disgusting service and still no parcel.I can't add image of parcel etc as no access to it

Awful service

48 hours to collect an item is ridiculous. They notify you early hours of the morning so say your parcel is available to collect and then remind you once and then just return your parcel. People have work and real life emergency situations come up! To just return the parcel with no reminder or warning before hand is ridiculous.
The 48 runs from early hours of the morning when obviously no one is collecting their parcel at that time! Won't bother with it again. Royal Mail are far more reliable

"we're re-attempting delivery soon" X 3, it will be sent back to the sender?! It's not the customers' fault that your lockers are not working, is it? I've experienced technical issues twice now! Once, my parcel was stuck in the locker due to your technical issue, and now again, "we're re-attempting delivery soon", and it will be sent back to the sender if the locker is still broken by tomorrow! Seriously, you guys need to speed up the fix for the technical issues you have! Your business relies on these lockers to work, but the lockers are broken! Your customer service is totally robotic and insensitive... Your business practice is quite backward! When the selected lockers are facing technical issues, why can't the parcels be re-directed to the closest one? It's absolutely a joke! All I keep being told is they are working to fix the broken locker but day after day nothing happens! The locker was not working. Contacted InPost customer service, basically I was told...
They could not tell me when the locker would be fixed.
They could not guarantee that the courier wouldn't collect it before me.
They could not extend the collection window time frame.
They couldn't do any at all to help! Leaving me feeling very anxious.

Company of thieves
April 8, 2024

Had a pair of Nike air Jordan's stolen by an Inpost employee and replaced with a pair of kids wellies. Have made numerous complaints but Inpost does not seem too bothered about having a thief working within their company. Would strongly recommend people avoid using this company at all costs!

I walked in the shop that provided the Inpost service, then walked up to the counter and said 'Hello, i'm here to pick up my parcel' and provided my name. The lady serving then got my parcel and handed it to me. She then scanned a bar code on my phone. I said thanks very much, walked towards the door and left the shop. I was happy as I got my item that I ordered and wore it to play football in that evening. All in all I was happy with the service and I think all the staff at InPost UK should be proud of their selves.

When I buy something, I want it delivered to my house. I don't want to have to go and collect it from somewhere else. This is really annoying and I won't buy from anyone using this 'service' again.

Lost item no help

Leaving a review about recent experience with inpost & Vinted. Between these 2 they didn't return an item that a buyer never picked up. I want to warn others as procedure is they both blame each other & tell you to contact the other one. My issue was never resolved & in missing an item with the added frustration of inpost telling me to speak to Vinted & vice versa. This has went on for weeks but I feel sorry for anyone who looses an expensive item with these 2 working together like this. My item was returned to a total different address & neither company will compensate or resolve which surely isn't legal. Anyway this review is my last correspondence as it's taken way too much energy & im exhausted dealing with both of their terrible customer service advisors

Shocking behaviour

I travelled to the locker to collect my parcel and an Inpost employee was busy emptying the lockers. 3 of us waited patiently for 15 minutes for her to empty the lockers. We witnessed how she squashed packages into a basket and how she threw boxes on the floor at which point I asked myself if I want my packages going with Inpost? However that wasn't all. After she had finished, she then started to fill the lockers from another basket full of parcels. One of the ladies in the queue turned to me and said have we now got to wait for her to do this? There was no acknowledgement from the IPost lady that we were there waiting.
I asked the IPost employee if she could wait a couple of minutes while we posted out parcels, she said "no I've got a job to do" I said I appreciate that but we have been waiting ages and it will take a couple of minutes she repeated "no I've got a job to do" I asked for her name she said " non of your business" The other ladies said they couldn't wait any longer. I went into Tesco for 10 minutes hoping she would be gone when I came out but she was still there so I went home too. I will never use them again for my parcels, and I shall be asking my deliveries to be sent by any company other than IPost.

First time using inpost to send a parcel sold on vinted. Posted the item into the locker all as described and 2 weeks on tracking still showing as it's in the locker and hasn't been collected. I contacted inpost customer services and I was basically told 'I dont really know what I can do about it' by the woman on the phone.
Awful service and customer service don't appear to have a clue about their own job. Vinted have now assumed the parcel as lost.
Avoid!
I suspect most of the positive reviews on trustpilot are fake as you only need to look on other review sites to see that there are more negative than positive.

Bad service

Not very happy, I sold an item and sent it through an in post locker and when the item was received by the buyer it was damaged! Even tho it was also bubble wrapped. Lost out on money and previous to this when sending another parcel a locker opened which had other peoples goods in it. Very poor service :/ :( now waiting for the damaged item to be sent back (hopefully!)

Lockers are broken near my home. I have had parcels returned to sender as there were no room in locker- so parcels sent back.
I have had a package waiting in a locker for weeks now, which I can't get out due to the lockers being broken. I would not use again.
Staff are lovely when I speak to them, but the service doesn't seem like it works well.
