Not good enough!

Parcel tracking- MD************** OK so you might be thinking from the Title why are you leaving a 1 star review. I initially really liked the service - convenient at first but then come there terms of service. In my town there is 1 InPost locker very conveniently less than 1km from where I live. 👍👌 GREAT The major problems with this is - 1.in their terms & conditions you get 4 attempts at delivering to a locker or shop that is registered with InPost or the parcel will be returned to sender 2. The seller will need to refund you & there's no certainty that the seller will be refunded their postage. 3. They will only take your parcel to another locker or shop so long as it's 1km away I wont be using this service again as my local lockers were full for 3 days the third day the driver did finally get my parcel delivered to the locker however this was the final try so very sketchy after reading the terms & conditions. If someone is a bit let's say forgetful, busy etc there is a grace period of 72 hours to collect your parcel from the locker leaving the locker full for longer Also if there's a fault with the locker and your parcel is due to be delivered it can take anywhere according to their website 2, 3, 4 days depending on the fault before the locker is in use again so trapping or undelivered parcel... NOT GOOD I brought this up with customer service representative Apolonia and she stated their terms & conditions, there was no flexibility My response was calm, I paid for a delivery service and this hasn't been fulfilled but no response after the initial email, I guess they get this a lot. So to sum up I think it could be a good service but definitely requires huge improvement because it's trying to be a modern convenience 🏪 but it's just not, the company needs to listen to it's customers or people just won't use it. I'll be returning to EVRI they've been better than a lot of what used to be respectable companies and at least with EVRI they deliver to you're door or can collect from a shop, lovely. I truly hope InPost improve and wish them every success doing so.
