First of all, I apologize to everyone who read my previous comment. I was under certain circumstances and I thought the site innosiliconminershop.com might not really be a scam. But I was wrong. It's been 3 weeks since the Director (MR Shin) was supposed to keep his word and send me the Miner Control Panel. During this time he promised several times that the work would be done on a certain day, but not only did he not answer my emails from then on, but also the support of the site did not answer my phone calls and blocked me so that I could not communicate with them via Chat. There are many explanations about how this site fraud me and what happened. Let me tell you that you should not give them a single cent. If you think I have personal animosity, look at other comments and read about them on other sites. Use my advice and those of others who have been scammed.

I just read your post here given bad review to this company. I order Antminer S19 Pro there 7 days ago and I have received it. They have great customer service available 24/7.
I cannot express just how much I regret buying from innosiliconminershop.com. Not only did they NEVER fulfill the order that I PAID for, they even had the audacity to ask me for more money!
On the 5th of November I placed my order on their website and paid it via Bitcoin (there were no other payment methods available, which should have already been a red flag). I was promised that the order will be delivered by the 20th of November. As it was not delivered on the 20th, I sent them another email, to which I was given an excuse the sort of "covid is delaying the couriers". I tried contacting the "courier" that they use, but there was no answer. Look at the "courier" page it seems like it was created by innosiliconminershops staff and it seems very suspicious. To this day they have still not delivered the order, not have they given me back my money. They refuse to answer any my attempt for communication and at this point I have had enough, I will report them everywhere I can, I have already talked to my lawyer about the situation.
DO NOT buy from innosiliconminershop.com. They are NOT legit.
