I typed in my model number and purchase the ones the website recommends. And when I received the cartridges, I find out that they are non compatible. I called customer service and waited 87 minutes, no pick up. I then called again and pressed 1 for placing a new order. Guess what they picked up with light speed. I explained my situation and they said they cant help cause I have opened the packages. How am I supposed to know if it works without opening it. Do NOT purchase from here, I am telling you. If you have a problem you will never have assistance.
This is the most efficient reliable website I have done business on -it is easy and user friendly to use- their goods are the real deal-they get your order right the first time and it arrives in no time
I purchased (online) from Ink Station a set of 4 toner cartridges for my Samsung CLX-6200FX printer in September 2021 (for $203). The packaging and cartridges indicated that they are compatible with my printer. When I tried to install them in December 2022, the printer did not recognise them. An inspection showed that the dimensions of the electrical contacts on the chips (on the cartridges) were substantially different from those on my existing cartridges, so there was no way that they could "mate" with the printer's contacts. Ink Station refused to refund or replace these incompatible cartridges, on the basis that the 12 month warranty period had expired. I pointed out that they had a legal obligation to refund/replace, because the cartridges were clearly not fit for purpose at any time. The attached photo shows one of Ink Station's incompatible cartridges with a chip removed from a compatible cartridge above it.
Fantastic service. I placed a phone order with a delightful and helpful sales lady. The price was amazing! Placed the order Thursday 2:30 pm and received the order the next day at 3:15 pm. Unbelievable service! Delivered to Melbourne.
Excellent product knowledge and great customer service! Had an issue with a label printer Brother QL700 not communicating with the computer, and they provided good advice to overcome the issue, Thank you
If you buys a third party product from this company and it is not fit for purpose, they will not replace it, they will send it back to the third party seller for assessment, and that may take up to 5 weeks and you are left without a product.
Don't use their cartridges! They don't work! The first time I had to return it and they sent me a new set that still didn't work so i started to think my printer was the issue and was about to change my printer but I thought I should try proper ones from office works and they worked! I told the company the the cartridges didn't work and they wouldn't send me a refund! Don't waste your money!
Ink Station sent the completely wrong cartridges. Their returns policy is restrictive & thus dishonest. Did they deliberately send stock they can't sell? No proof.
NEVER USE THEM: I'll ADVISE A LOCAL BUSINESS NEVER TO RECOMMEND THEM!
We have brought toner from them in the past, and it was great 'till recently when I had some issues that the printer drop out an error that no toner detected. Gone through the troubleshooting and return the faulty toner. Initially requested for an exchange, BUT after reviewing other toners that becomes faulty, we requested a refund. I was being nice to say it must be a bad batch, BUT after only receiving partial refund, and giving me an excuse they just received the toner (when it was sent back to them 3 weeks ago).
Partially of the refund was refunded, however there were still an outstanding refund. They play the game that they still processing and this morning got an email saying they just received the returns faulty toner.
It was sent back with the others around the same time, and this one they said they just received them, that particular RA authorisation was already refunded, yet they said that they just received the toner.
When I query of the outstanding refund, I was referring to other RA job number, which they didn't pay any attention.
That just showed they are dishonest of the returns, and trying to buy time and making up any excuses.
I have now dis-associate with Ink Station, and thought those who wanting to buy from Ink Station, better think twice.
They will give you a positive vibes taking your order and money efficiently. However after sales, as many of you have experience here, Ink Station will wash they hand and make any excuses where they could
Very poor customer service, and they wouldn't want to listen to your issues. They only want to listen when you want to spend $$$.
In my experience InkStation should have ZERO stars.
You call them with a problem: Marrickville in Sydney, they don't pick up or you on hold 40-45 minutes. NOT joking.
I have left numerous messages: they never call back.
If I write and email: the answer is unsatisfactory.
I have purchased a new Epson: it would not connect to iPhone.
I have returned the printer in new condition: it has taken one month to get a "return authorisation" not from InkStation, but from Epson. InkStation sells printers, inks and makes profit. Any problems and they pass the buck to Epson.
Epson was reasonable and precise, but the trouble started again with InkStation to return the printer and a bigger problem to get a refund.
I have deleted InkStation details from my phone and computer.
My advice to InkStation: try to educate staff to be proficient - have an efficient office system - your business does not have an autopilot – if customers have some problems, try to appear concerned - bad reviews can ruin businesses.
Very prompt delivery- 2 Hp toner cartridges Sydney to our door in Hobart in less than 24 hours from online order; cheaper than local suppliers;

After returning my cartridges one because of incompatibility the new ones supplied didn't work either.
