I ordered 6 different bikinis. One bikini set was sent separately.
The first 5 bikinis arrived after a shipping of more than 3 weeks! One of the bikini set was incomplete! But they discuss that it was complete! How could the offer this bad service!? I explained twice that the package wasn't damaged and everything arrived well. But in the small package of this one bikini set, was the top (the bra) of the bikini missing!
They discuss that the order was complete! That's not true. It's a scam. I paid for the bikini but didn't get why I want!
When the last bikini set arrived, I was more than shocked. It wasn't the one I ordered. It looked completely different than on the picture and the shape was horrible! Like what THE $#*!?
No they discuss that the order was complete and I guess they ignore my email, that I want to return the products and that I want my money back!
Ordered a bikini from Ininlly and I received the top damaged! When I asked to be refunded they told me it was on me to pay the return back! Hiw is this MY problem? Theyvshould pay the shipping fees because they sent me a damaged product! I will NEVER buy from Ininlly ever again!

I purchased a bathing suit from this company and they sent me the wrong one. When I asked for them to return it they told me that I was responsible for shipping. Even though in their policy it clearly states that if they are at fault that I should not have to pay. They refuse to fix their own mistakes and the customer should not be at fault.
I ordered 3 Bathing suits, they said they would arrive by July 23. They did not. When they did arrive they were poor quality and I can't even wear them. Customer service is absolutely awful. Just avoid at all costs.
I ordered six bathing suits only received 5,1 was completely the wrong bathing suit and three of them were the wrong size. I've emailed them multiple times. They say they will make it right but it has been three months. Haven't seen a refund haven't seen the missing bathing suits or have they made the order right with the wrong size for bathing suits. Do not waste your money on this company
Sent the wrong item, refused to send the right one even if it was in stock on the website, refused to respect their own return policy, asked me to pay for the return, extremely rude customer service! Avoid at all costs
